Nice for the sweet tooth - Edit

Nice sweets like donuts, cookies and cakes. Had 6 different ones with 3 people and shared. To my taste too many had too much crème in/on them. The one with nougat lacked taste. Non the less 4 stars as there are many choices, it is all vegan and reasonably priced.

Pros: Many choices, Reasonable priced, All vegan

Süße Versuchung - Edit

Cheesecake Donut war etwas zu sahnig und hatte nicht so viel Geschmack außer süß. Peanut Jelly Donut fand ich sehr lecker.
Es gibt noch vieles was ich probieren möchte.

Super lecker und fluffig. Große Kekse und zumindest beim Lieferservice nicht zu viel Auswahl, sodass es hoffentlich frisch gemacht wird :)

Beware, no cash payment - product & price fair - Edit

I was recently treated to one doughnut and one piece of cake that were delivered from this branch.
Usually I wouldn’t try anything from Kjeks, because they don’t accept cash. I see and understand why shops choose to operate cashless, yet I completely reject it and don’t want to support it.
However, now, incidentally, I tried something from them.
The doughnut was ok, I’d give it 3/5. It wasn’t as fresh as it should be, tasted a bit stale.
The cheesecake was a bit better 3,5/5, not too dry, but there was room for improvement. It was, sorry for writing this, a “typical vegan cheesecake“, meaning: not bad, but still a somewhat middling copy of the original.
As for the branch itself - in this neighborhood of Hamburg (which isn’t exactly prosperous) I don’t see it surviving for long.
I can imagine the doughnuts being good as long as they are fresh, but that’s a limited time span only.
And as much as I like the idea of an all-vegan shop, I won’t support it as long they don’t accept cash for payment.

Große und anscheinend wechselnde Auswahl an veganen Donuts, Cookies, Desserts, Cupcakes und mehr. Dazu Kaffespezialitäten. Etwas teurer, aber auch viel Handarbeit.
