Their selection of vegan products is fair, but could be a lot larger. They charge high prices and the “cake variety” is very limited (no real cake, just sweet alternatives).

Great shop for vegans, with a nice cafe as well. - Edit
If you want to prepare some vegan food at home, this is probably the best shop in Meersburg to get some of the specific items you might need - they stock all kinds of seeds, legumes, and other products like tofu, seitan, etc. There is also a nice cafe as part of this shop, where you could get some vegan soup, sandwich or cake.
