Awful food, awful service - Edit
Curry was watery and flavorless. Service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. DO NOT RECOMMEND, unless you like disrespect and wasting your money. Only gave 2 stars because the Happy Cow rating system forced me.

Flavorful, fresh, hot - Edit
Second time here. Love the atmosphere of this place. We started with Devil wings (oyster mushrooms) which were really good and spicy. Then we split the Pad Keemao (drunken noodles) and Khai Soi (curry). Both were very good. Staff here is always so friendly and willing to give recommendations. The food is always hot when it arrives, and tastes so fresh. Highly recommend!

Incredible from start to finish - Edit
A stunning meal and fantastic service. All menu options looked spectacular and the worst part of the experience was knowing I couldn't try every menu option but I did get lots of ideas for what to try to recreate at home. The fried mushroom starter was probably a highlight but just a great meal from beginning to end.

Great find! - Edit
I’ll recommend the Kati Pho. Delicious and warmed up my stomach on a cold day. The Devil Wings were a tad too spicy and salty to my liking, may be better to pair it with beer. Prices are reasonable and service was good.

Fantastic food, but other reasons for only 4star - Edit
The food was really delicious. Now I understand why this place comes so highly recommended! Everything we had was tasty. The crunchy jackfruit was really amazing and reminded me of crab cake flavor.
Read moreThe reasons for losing a star:
It is ridiculously loud. This is especially annoying for me bcz I feel like my voice doesn't carry and I end up needing to yell to be heard. They need sound clouds or something.
We were #3 on the automated wait-list and estimated wait time was 10-15mins. We waited for over 30mins (I think it was closer to 45). The staff started to realize after we checked in to make sure there wasn't a glitch. Staff tried to take our orders quickly.
All restaurants are expensive, but I would say they are about 20% more than most.
Pros: The food is amazing , It's all vegan
Cons: It's REALLY loud in there, Automated wait-list gave very inaccurate wait time

Delicately spiced Thai food - Edit
My friend and I were hungry early on a weekday, so we stoped by Kati Vegan Thai right when it opened. We were expecting a good meal, but were still surprised by the overall quality. The flavors were delicate and nuanced, and even standard dishes like Pad Thai had a slightly distinctive take. It's the best Thai I've had in a while.

Delicious Thai Food!!!! - Edit
Went here for dinner and was pleasantly surprised! Everything I tasted was delicious! The garlic jackfruit appetizer was delicious! Perfect amount of crunch and the chewiness from the sticky rice balances out the textures perfectly. The chuchi artichoke with rice was delicious as well. Will definitely come back here to try their other menu offerings!

Everything on point 🥭 - Edit
This place is all around awesome! Fully vegan elevated Thai classics. Tried the sweet and sour cashew, which is a stir fry with pineapple and tofu, and the pad keemao, a drunken noodle dish— both were excellent. Appetizer options seemed inventive. Great fruity cocktails and interior vibe.

Great vegan Thai - Edit
This restaurant has it all. Good, cozy atmosphere, service and delicious vegan items. Everything is vegan and the only thing I would say is that it is a bit pricey. We only go here for a special event to celebrate. I wish it was better priced to attract more people to really good vegan food.

Best Thai food in Seattle - Edit
I always make sure to visit Kati every time I’m in Seattle. The Tom Kah soup is my favorite and is so fresh! Also love the garlic jackfruit on crispy rice, the angel wings, pot stickers, pineapple fried rice and pho. The portions are all super generous so definitely recommend sharing a couple of dishes.

Amazing options! Great atmosphere!
Read moreThe food is absolutely amazing but…
Not spicy at all. Even if something on the menu is indicated as spicy….its not.
We had a new server who literally hated working every second and it was very obvious. Dgaf.
The wine options here are not vegan? 14 hands has never made vegan wine?!?
The curries need more veggies.
Other than all of these lighthearted complaints, great food.

We tried a bunch of different dishes and loved all of them. The Thai iced tea was amazing! They let us sit on the patio since inside was full which was nice of them.

My husband and I love to go to Kati for a date night. I love thai food and Kati is such a treat. Highly recommend: the devil wings, pad keemao, pad thai, and the pad see-ew. I haven't tried any curries yet, but that will be next!

Liked that they had a fully vegan menu... - Edit
My husband and I both ordered the green curry with tofu and the potstickers for delivery. My husband liked the flavor of the curry, but I didn't. Neither of us enjoyed how mushy the tofu was. I found the curry to be quite bland like it was missing something and there weren't a lot of vegetables in it either. The potstickers were soggy and the flavor wasn't great with them either. Gave the restaurant 3 stars for being fully vegan and having quite a large menu, but we won't be eating here again.
