I got the Almond Joy seasonal flavor. My partner got the brownie sundae. The Almond Joy was very easily the best non-dairy ice cream I've ever had.

Top notch plant-based ice cream - Edit
This place is up there with Frankie & Jo's in Seattle for me - excellent quality and love the flavors. My husband and I both picked the same two flavors at Kate's: Pistachio and Peanut Butter Brickle. I had mine in a cup, while he had a cone. The ice cream was rich and flavorful, and we want to try more of their flavors. They allowed our dog inside, although we ended up sitting on a bench on the sidewalk to eat.

The Pacific Northwest seems to have some of the highest quality ice cream shops. Kate’s for me is on the same level as Frankie and Jo’s out of Seattle. One of the best, don’t miss out!

Cute little place with many flavors to choose from. Staff was very nice. I had the triple chocolate brownie and Marionberry cobbler. I liked the option to get 2 flavors in 1 scoop. I really enjoyed the ice cream.

Kate's Ice Cream is so great, and everything is gluten-free! The Rosewater Cardamom Almond flavor is definitely my new favorite ice cream flavor of all time. I also tried the Pistachio flavor and the Marionberry Cobbler. Both were fantastic. The gluten-free waffle cone was super satisfying. They even have gluten-free fudge brownies and chocolate chip cookies. #Veganuary

Kate’s is SO YUMMY! Everything is gf, including the waffle cones! The ice cream is made in house, and is very sweet but gets balanced by the not so sweet cone. My favorite is the peanut butter brittle. I like the mini scoop, which fills the cone, but if you want to try more than one flavor they will split the regular scoop for you!

I absolutely loved the Marionberry cobbler flavor. Triple chocolate & rose cardamom almond also got rave reviews. It’s super fun that they have vegan waffle cones and a variety of fun toppings. Yum!

Many flavor options, all vegan (coconut-based). The staff was very friendly and were great about a tree-nut allergy in our group. Tried the Marionberry crumble and salted PB brittle which were both delicious. Very pricey and not overly generous scoops. But you can have a split single scoop to try two flavors.

Kids and wife loved the ice cream and of course I did as well. This place has most plant based ice cream options I’ve seen so far. Everything tasted great! Get the waffle cones! Definitely stop by and give it a try.

Kate’s makes the best vegan ice cream with lots of delicious flavors. Their new space on Mississippi is great, and the folks behind the counter are always super friendly and eager to hand out samples. They even have ice cream available for pups!

I chose a single scoop of salted peanut butter brittle in a waffle cone. The flavor and consistency of the ice cream were perfect. The waffle cone was better than I expected for gluten-free. I want to try more flavors, but this expensive treat will only be occasional.

Delicious ice cream - the best I’ve ever had! All plant-based/vegan ice cream options with gluten free cones. Everything is homemade during the week - it has that special homemade taste. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the courtyard was beautiful! Such a great date spot (or come alone so you can buy more without judgement!)
