Kale, spinach, quinoa, sweet potato, balsamic dijon, raisins, almonds. My chosen protein was tempeh, which was in small bits and crispy. Fresh and filling salad.

One (this one) was clearly marked as vegan. The other ones would probably be able to be veganized upon request.
