Bavarian hidden gem

I was so grateful to find a cafe that did vegan options in Spiegelau. The owner has vegan cheese, vegan salami and plenty of avocado and fresh vegetables to create hit toasties, tostados or cold sandwiches and salads. They have a few types of plant milk for the coffee also. I had emailed before my visit as I wasn't sure how popular vegan food was in this small town but the owner ensured he had all the vegan options available. I was also lucky enough to try the home made vegan curry which was a weekend special.

Pros: Vegan cheese, Vegan salami, Fresh veg

Cons: Vegan cake would be nice if the vegan menu expands
