I was really craving mushroom tempura and I finally got it here! - Edit
The sushi and the tempura mushroom were really good! The udon felt a little flavorless however.

Excellent noodles - Edit
I’ve wanted to visit this place for at least a year, and it didn’t disappoint in many ways. The handmade noodles looked amazing — and thankfully, they tasted just as good.
Read moreFor the second time today, I was met with an initial list of what wasn’t available. I completely understand how busy restaurants can get, but it’s a shame to run out of staples like miso soup or both house wines. I was recommended an excellent alternative wine, though it was about 50% more expensive.
I ordered the Kinoko San — beautifully noisy with five types of mushrooms and three pickles — and it was easily the highlight of the meal.
Overall, it was a great experience but felt a little safe. The food was very good, but it didn’t quite reach that “wow” moment I was hoping for. It will be my most expensive meal in Kraków, and while it came close to being something special, it just fell slightly short.
That said, if you’re in Kraków, I’d definitely recommend visiting — it’s only a baw hair away from being truly amazing.
Pros: 100%, Food, Location

Good curry, udon was okay. - Edit
We went for the tofu katsu curry and an udon dish with vegetable cake. As apetizer we had mixed mushroom tempura. The vegetable cake turned out to be a deepfried fritter. All the fried food was a bit too oily for us, but the katsu curry was a good choice. The homemade watermelon lemonade is yum. We will probably not try the sushi because the flavour combinations do not appeal to me.

A visit to Krakow isn’t complete without a visit here - Edit
Wow!
Read moreWhat an incredible restaurant.
Before I start with the food, a special shout out to the staff especially Casper who are so friendly and helpful. You just know they love working here.
As for the food, we loved it. So much so we visited here twice when we were visiting Krakow for a long weekend.
Our for visit we went for the small set menu so we could sample different things from the menu. Generous portions.
Our second visit we tried the gyoza and two types of sushi.
Everything tastes so fresh.
Tip: try to book a table in advance if you can.
Pros: Friendly staff, All vegan menu, Fresh and delicious food

Delicious - Edit
Great food, I opted for the tofu gyozas and the Fitdon rice bowl, both were delicious and healthy. Only thing I would add is a side of optional sauce/soy to add to the rice bowl. My partner had upon noodles so I took some broth from his to add.

Flavours of Japan - Edit
There's a surprising number of vegan japanese restaurants in Eastern Europe. Of the ones I've been to, the Udon broth had the flavours closest to traditional japanese cuisine. Our waitress was excellent, perhaps the happiest person in Poland.

Excellent lunch! - Edit
I went for a quick lunch - I will definitely come back for more if I am in Krakow again. I chose the first version with small Kitsune udon and sushi. The udon was chewy like it should be, very savoury broth. The sushi was done with seasonal ingredients and very well balanced. Nice staff, very fast. Overall great experience

Whenever I visit Kraków I always stop at Ka Vegan Udon.and it never disappoints. Amazing sushi, great udon. Lunch combos are a great deal. If you are travelling, the location is great as it's located very near the train and bus station. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Vegan Japanese - Edit
What a great restaurant. I had the cold udon, veggie tempura, and inari. All were exceptionally good. I've never had inari stuffed with mushroom tempura instead of rice, but they were amazing. I will be back!

Honestly the best sushi I have ever had. - Edit
I’ve had vegan sushi in Japan and in NYC in top restaurants and this was by far the best! I got the box lunch so I also got udon soup. The soup is really good but their true strength is their sushi! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Quality lunch close to the main station - Edit
It was very convenient to stop here for lunch before continuing my railway trip through Poland. Just exit from the main entrance of the station, walk forward for one block (5min) and the restaurant is around the corner on the right. Every dish was of excellent quality.
