Ok vegan brunch

Delayed review based on visit March 2025:
For the positives, the vegan breakfast was pretty tasty and filling, and not as expensive as I've had elsewhere (still not cheap at 12.95 though). However, on the menu it is listed as a veggie breakfast. I asked if the sausages were vegan, the waitress had to go check and then said that they are, so I asked for it without the egg. I was disappointed that they did not substitute anything for the egg and still charged full price for it. I did not like that we were kept waiting outside in the queue even though we had a reservation, and then to top it off when paying the bill they announced a service fee of 10% on groups of 6 or more (there were 6 of us), despite how slow service had been. There was a high vegan tax on the plant based milk too. I wouldn't return.

Best coffee, vegan food ok

Best coffee on our trip but the vegan food was just okay. We got the avocado toast and the veggie Irish. The avocado was a pre-mix guac

Some options in a nice atmosphere

Jay Kay's is a nice place to take brunch or breakfast, it costs a little more than other bars in Dublin. We took a porridge and granola with fruits - good but overpriced. Still a very nice atmosphere and staff!

Pros: Ambience, Staff, care

Cons: price

Cool cafe in Dublin centre

There was a big line out of this cafe, which I didn't like at all, but the staff was super friendly and willing to take care of everybody. There are a few vegan options (some are signed and others you have to ask for) which are tasty but a bit too expensive in my opinion.

Pros: Friendly staff, Tasty options

Cons: Expensive, Too chic
