Vegan Macaron Heaven - Edit
I’ve visited Isabella in Frankfurt several times already, and each visit has been a real treat. They offer a wide range of clearly labeled vegan macarons and other sweet delights, as well as savory options like topped breads. Everything I’ve tried so far has been absolutely delicious and truly unique.
Read moreHere’s a quick list of what I’ve had: the vegan pistachio-raspberry tart, the vegan wild berry sweetie, the strawberry lemon almond tartelette - and several macarons, including raspberry, lime, and currently my absolute favorite: yuzu! It’s incredibly refreshing and has such a vibrant citrusy flavor.
I’ve also tried several drinks from their menu – while the chai latte was a bit too sweet for my taste, I absolutely love their matcha, both as a latte and as an iced version. Truly delicious – a strong recommendation for all matcha lovers!
What I really appreciate is that most of their treats are also gluten-free, making them great for people with allergies. Another detail I love: you can even find recipes on their website - such a thoughtful touch! The staff have always been super friendly and welcoming. Just a heads-up: it can get quite busy, especially on weekends or if you’re planning to go for breakfast, so I recommend making a reservation in advance.
It is definitely on the pricier side, but considering the craftsmanship and high quality, it’s absolutely worth it in my opinion!

We had breakfast and ordered the croissant and the cinnamon roll, but they have many more vegan options. However they were both a bit dry and hard and it was also quite expensive. We liked it but wouldn't go again.

When I went they sadly only had one vegan pastry beside the macarons, a apple almond pastry I didn't enjoy that much. I did really like my iced coffee though and hope to go again in the future and hopefully be able to try more things!
Read moreUpdate: I went again, they now have sooo many options. Too many to count. Vegans will definitely have a lot to choose from, from macarons, to pastries, to hearty bread meals. I also prefered the pastry I had over what I had the first time. It is very expensive though, and also can be very full and difficult to get a table.

Great pastries! - Edit
Finally managed to visit one of their stores, we were not disappointed. Good choice of vegan pastries, plant milk for coffee also available. Shop was rather packed, so we sat outdoors which was fine due to provided blankets.

It's nice that they have so many vegan options. We had a cappuccino, a chocolate latte macchiato, a cherry lady, a dark chocolate truffle and on top of that we ordered 3 macarons to go. Although the pasteries were delicious, the waiting time was extremely long. I was standing in line for about 20 minutes to order and after I paid it took them another 30 minutes to bring us our stuff. We visited the shop on a Saturday afternoon, so the waiting time might have been this long due to the day and time. My recommendation is to only take pasteries to go if you don't want to spend a ridiculously long time waiting...

Great vegan selection - Edit
Gluten free café offering a really good vegan selection. The staff is friendly and the tast really good. We were sitting inside, as the café is not so spacious it was not so much comfortable as people are constantly standing or walking directly next to the table.
