You can build your own ice cream sandwich - pick the cookie flavour (all vegan and gf) and the ice cream flavour (half are vegan!). The coffee ice cream wasn’t strong enough but the other flavours were yummy !! The small size is plenty for me and reasonably priced!

This business has a truck too alright. Their strawberry lemon sorbet was the most identical I’ve had to Italy’s lemon gelato. Big fan of a great tart acid frozen desert.

My Lover got a killer flight of ice cream sandwiches that he customized with stuff like: chocolate peanut butter with sugar cookie and banana cream pie with chocolate chip cookie. Then he got a cone after!
Lots of fun and worth visiting because it’s really delicious.

Fabulous ice cream sandwiches - Edit
I normally don’t give 5 stars to not-fully-vegan places, but there are many vegan flavours of ice cream and sorbet here, and all the cookies are vegan (as well as gluten-free). The ice creams are creamy and delicious. Vegan flavours include banana pudding, lemon meringue, chocolate peanut butter fudge and fruity sorbets. Ice cream sandwiches are the specialty, but there are pints, waffle cones, soda floats and ice cream cakes. On my first visit, I had a full-size Electric: a big scoop of cappuccino ice cream, sandwiched between crisp, chocolate-chip cookies - excellent! You can choose which type of cookie and which flavour of ice cream to put between them. Next visit, I chose a mini size: oatmeal cookies around banana pudding ice cream. Another time, the PB&J: peanut butter cookies with strawberry shortcake ice cream. Yum.
