Nice vegan dosa

The restaurant is one of many restaurants in the food court Inside the mall Ringen. Nice to be able to order from different restaurants and sit together.
The dosa was big and tasty, also fairly prices at around 119 sek. They offer a few vegan options which are clearly marked.

Great if you're stuck for choice in the foodcourt

The Indian Street Food & Co outlet at Ringen is part of the Teatern food court. It's the outlet I like best there and als, I think, the one with the most vegan options. The food here ranks very highly on my list of tasty Indian food in Stockholm and you get it fast and in sustainable packaging (if you're stopping by for take-away).
The last time I was here, I had a streetside dosa with gotland potatoes and it was jolly tasty. The portion was massive and it came with sambar, coconut chutney, and tomato chutney. Great value for money for the location at 119 SEK for the meal.
This isn't an outlet if you want to dine in style, but it's great to grab a bit while shopping. Indian Street Food & Co has other outlets across the city, which are bigger and better for dining-in.
