Awesome Food & Friendly Service at Indian Burger Joint Kingsway! - Edit
I recently visited Indian Burger Joint Kingsway and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. This spot is a great find for anyone looking for creative, flavourful vegetarian and vegan food — every dish we tried was fresh, satisfying, and packed with unique Indian-inspired flavours.
Read moreThe fusion of Indian spices with classic comfort food really stood out — each bite was bold, well‑balanced, and unlike anything you'd expect from a typical burger joint.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making the whole experience even better. They were happy to answer questions about the menu and offered suggestions, which made choosing much easier. Service was efficient and felt personal — a true plus for a casual spot like this.
Overall, highly recommended if you're looking for tasty, creative vegetarian/vegan food with great service and a friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back!

Best vegan burger in my life - Edit
I ordered aloo tikki burger and it is the best vegan burger in my life! The patty is made of potato mash with Indian spices, the buns are spread with chutneys, the veggies are crispy, the buns are soft. It is filling! The environment is clean with a clean water station
Read moreThe staff was helpful and pointed out that the burger I originally wanted to order was not vegan (noodle nirvana burger). She also checked on my to see if I enjoy the burger and said bye to me when I left

Staff do not understand what vegan is - Edit
Despite the fact that some menu items are labeled vegan, you have to ask for adjustments like replacing with vegan cheese and removing mayo. I asked if the mayo contains egg, since that isn't a part of Indian vegetarianism, but the staff had no idea. To be on the safe side I asked for mayo removal; they can substitute with other sauces like green chutney.
Read moreThe staff have no idea what vegan means. I made the mistake of asking which vegan burgers were good, and they told me a bunch of items with paneer inside - not understanding that vegans don't eat dairy. I had to spell it out for them but it was very, very difficult speaking to them due to language barriers. I also had to repeat my order 2-3x, making the entire experience extremely frustrating.
I would not recommend coming here if you are a vegan unless you want a headache. Also be aware of poor spoken English. I would mark this place as 1 star but HappyCow doesn't let me since the place is vegetarian.
