Main was good, dessert not great - Edit
I got one of the bowls for my main and it was pretty good (not insane amount of flavour) & the cheesecake for dessert. I also tried the apple tart & cookie desserts (all of which kinda sucked)

Y de los postres nos gustó mucho la paisacotta.
La comida en total fue tan cremosa que uno no piensa que es vegana. Lo recomiendo mucho!
Sí, es más caro que en otras partes pero vale cada peso.
El ámbito también nos gustó mucho, se sentía como una isla verde en Medellín.

The perfect place for a nice dinner! They offer creative cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks that are not only delicious and well balanced, but also nicely presented. We had the quesarola, which was an amazing taste compilation with cassava cheese and orange. It is quite filling and could be shared with up to 4 people as an entree. The banh mi and the envuelto criollo (like a gourmet tamal) were equally tasty, filling and full of flavors. A special surprise was the cocacake with interesting combinations of taste and textures.

Any plane that is all vegan gets an extra point/ star just for that. With that said, the food was good, not great, and I spent about 3 times what I've spent at other vegan places in the area and enjoyed the food there more.

I highly recommend you go to INA if you find yourself in Medellin. The food is absolutely delicious and the ambiance is cute. They also have a small vegan market inside.

We had plate of the day which came with juice, a bowl of mixed items and a very small piece of cake. The bowl was full of taste, the rice a bit hard though. The service was quick. The place was clean. The service was pleasant. The price was reasonable at 17,000 pesos. Would return.

Read moreAppetizer: I ordered the Quesarolla- a fondue bowl of unique flavors that will keep you dipping. Beware, it could be an entree on its own, so bring a friend to share. This dish might be their star.
Entree: I ordered the “ñoquis del bosque” which is a gnocchi pesto mushroom and onion dish that is entirely interesting. I enjoyed it, but thought it had too many onions which overpowered the other flavors. If I go back I’ll try something different.
The staff is friendly and warm, the atmosphere was comfortable. All around a great place in Medellin.

This pasta was exceptionally good. One of the best I ever had and I really do have some cooking skills myself if I might say so. The creaminess of the cashew sauce, sweetness of the pumpkin combined with the salty marinated mushrooms, cheese/nutcrackers, olives was superb. The kale was a really great addition too. I enjoyed every bite and absolutely recommend this dish! The chickpea bowl was nice and tasty too. The portions are on the smaller size, if you are a normal/big eater you’ll need an appetiser and or a desert. We spend 68000, (the two main dishes lemonade) which is not cheap in Colombia, but it was really worth it.

Had a lovely lunch here and tried 3 dishes. The watermelon-avocado tartare and the cassava cheese dip were excellent. Tofu satay was good too but nothing remarkable.

We shared 2 bao buns as a starter, which were good although you could taste the bun wasn’t freshly steamed and then had the pasta and the gnocchi dish. Both were special and quite good. The portions were on the smaller side but it was ok for us. The gnocchi had a lot of add-ons but very few gnocchis which made the dish overall a little too salty. But it’s a small point, because so far this was the best meal we had in Medellin. The 2 for 1 cocktail happy hour wasn’t exactly 2 for 1 as when the discount was applied on the bill there was still a few mil pesos left for the 2nd drink, which isn’t a problem, but it’s just not as advertised.

The food they offer is creative and something else than usual. Would highly recommend. It’s delicious. However we are very big eaters, the portions were not that big. If you are a normal or smaller eater you will just fine.

The restaurant is lovely; nice decor and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating and it’s in a nice quiet area. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating. The food is all quite original with a fairly wide choice of options. I did think it was slightly expensive and the food was okay, not bad but also not amazing if I’m honest. I had the Vietnamese Sandwich which was nice, but just nice. The soda is fizzy water which I didn’t enjoy but that’s just personal preference, just bear in mind ‘soda’ means fizzy water.

We ate the menu del día. It's was a carrot soup, a filled paprika with beans, rice, a small salad with zucchini and a view banana slices with chocolate cake crumps as a dessert. It was tasty but not the best thing I've ever tried. And it wasn't such a big portion. Still a good restaurant. We paid 18000 COP for the menu del dia

We ordered the eggplant bahn mi and menu del día. Both were quite tasty. The menu del día came with soup, main dish, juice and dessert. It was healthy but not very hearty. The bahn mi was good, however some of the bread was soggy on arrival. We got French press coffee which was stand out! Our server was very attentive and on top of it!

Delicious and live music on the weekend - Edit
A beautiful restaurant with a beautiful menu. Inventive dishes like gnocchi made from plátano (yum!). They have a nice terrace and a small shop. On the weekend there is life music in the evening. We came here a few times and would go straight back when we're in back in Medellín.

This small hole in the wall restaurant in Laureles is so cute and delicious! I had the bao w mushrooms (so good!!), the emplatanadas (plátano maduro/bean purée empanadas —- wowwww!!!) and the soup. All were beyond excellent!

I thought the food here was good. Perhaps the portion size was a bit small but the quality was good. The meal of the day is currently 17,000 pesos as of April 2022. It came with a bowl of soup, the main plate, a fruit drink, and a tiny portion of fruit puree for dessert.

Great healthy vegan food! Difficult to find in Colombia. - Edit
I do not know what ordered people who said that food was tasteless. I ordered Bad hongos chan sui and they were amazing. I also ordered emplatanadas. I liked them less, because they were sweet (good for dessert, but not for an appetizer).

I paid just 12$ for 2 appetizers and main dish! Very cheap for the food of this quality!
Today I tried quesarola! Very good taste of the cheese mass itself. Red stuff in the middle make the taste worse, in my opinion. The bread the goes with this plate could be better (some basil souce or pesto would be great on it).
I also tried Sopa Jiaozi. Very interesting taste! I would definitely recommend it.
