"Temple food plus" = egg & alliums?

This small restaurant is popular in the area as it serves healthy, traditional Korean food for an affordable price!

The "small" meal consists of more than 6 side dishes, rice and soup for 8000 KRW. The special lunch meal features more side dishes and costs 10.000 KRW. In addition to that, extra dishes like acorn jelly (도토리묵) and pancakes are available.
For pre-ordered reservations, they also offer a course menu featuring soy meat, glass noodles and salad (25000KRW).

The taste of the food is nice. The cooked rice varies daily and the side dishes change regularly.

They include the description "Temple food plus" in their logo, but serve their own concept of natural cooking.
The food doesn't truly fit the criteria of classic Korean temple cuisine, since they use Allium vegetables (오신채: garlic, onion, scallion, garlic chives etc.) and one of the side dishes is a hard-boiled egg. ‼️ If you don't eat eggs, it's better to tell them when ordering so they don't serve it to you. 🚫🥚

The location is small and busy during lunchtime. The interior is colorful and decorated with random items ranging from Korean folk art to Kpop fan items.

Pros: Food tastes good, Price low, Balanced meal

Cons: Busy

They are not aware of veganism.

They served me eggs even though i told them i don’t want any animal ingredients. They were not so aware of veganism plus they are using animal products even though this place is a temple food restaurant.
