Pretty good - Edit
Lovely restaurant. The portions felt a bit small to us (maybe we were just extra hungry) but everything was delicious and reasonably priced. Considering how hard it is to find good vegan tiramisu in Italy, I especially recommend theirs!

Very good lasagna, and tiramisu. Unfortunately the food was very salty to a point where it overtook other flavors.

Sooo good!! - Edit
Loved to have lunch here. My friend had the vegan lasagne and I had two main courses (couldn’t chose so just had two haha); the pasta pesto and tempeh on potato mash. Both were really tasty! Definitely go there when you’re in Florence!

Fully vegan bistro with wide range of food - Edit
We were happy to find a completely vegan place near the center. They have a variety of foods from salad to burgers, risotto to pasta as well as desserts. We had a mixed salad and pasta which all tasted very good (the salad wasn't something special though). Prices are alright. Clean place.

Great food! Tempeh dish was amazing - Edit
I got the crumble tempeh, when it first came out, honestly didn’t look like much, but it was delicious! Tempeh on top of potato with a rice cake and rocket on the side. Had great flavour.

Nice pit stop on way to train station - Edit
Very nice food and completely reuaxed that it's fully vegan so no chance of cross contamination. I had the pea flour omelette. Very, Very good.. My partner had burger and fries. Also had the cheesecake but was too full to finish it. Complimented with organic lemonade and half litre red wine. Will come again if we every visit Florence again. Thanks guys

Really worth a visit - Edit
Came with my partner and got the croquets, lasagna and tagliatelle for dinner. The lasagna and croquettes were great and full of flavour, unfortunately the tagliatelle was nothing really special to write home about. For pudding we cot the cheesecake was a bit of a funny texture but was ok.

What a pleasant gem - Edit
Being vegan in Italy, my partner and I were super excited to try out lots of different Italian mainstay dishes. One of those dishes that we hadn’t tried in our Italian tour was lasagna and let me tell you, the Vegan lasagna her was incredible! So creamy and rich, such amazing flavours! We also had the croquettes which were brilliant, we both were stunned by them! The tagliatelle was decent, I must say it was just good, and the cheesecake desert was a touch dry in my opinion; however that is easily overshadowed by the incredible lasagna and the amazing croquettes we had that evening! Bravo to the team!

It is located in via di San Gallo 43. 100% vegan, bistro in the historic center even if just outside the monument area, within walking distance from the center. Lots of choice, excellent prices and portions, friendly staff, excellent service. Absolutely recommended!

Mediocre vegan bistro - Edit
We were a bit disappointed after all the good reviews, because the 3 dishes we had were quite disappointing. The porcini risotto was not bad but just didn’t have a lot of taste and wasn’t especially creamy. The lasagne was super soft and had barely any seitan. The cheese on top was also nothing special. The Béchamel was quite good at least. For dessert we got the tiramisu, which was the best out of the 3 and had a very good consistency. It basically only lacked the coffee taste, which I don’t understand as it is one of the few original tiramisu ingredients that are already vegan. All in all it’s not bad, especially considering the very limited vegan options in Florence.

Wonderful! Must Go while in Florence! - Edit
I loved this little spot. The owners are on site and very lovely. One, Stefano, is front of the house and the other is the chef. Fantastic service and a great menu with lots of options. Many traditional Italian items that I knew and some I wanted to try. I had the lasagna, the crepes, and my daughter had the seitan Goulash. We also shared a tiramisu. Everything was really flavorful and filling. The tiramisu was so good! These guys are in it for the animals and have been in the very difficult business of running the first vegan restaurant in Florence for 11 years. Go support this beautiful place! Oh, and the whole menu is also available with photos on the walls so you can choose by seeing. Thank you for 2 amazing meals and your love for animals and the planet.

Disappointing - Edit
I ordered a seitan lasagna that had no seitan. It also tasted like it had been heated up in a microwave. Fake cheese on top with overcooked noodles and bland sauce.

What can I say? Our lasagna is famous and delicious, and is cooked exactly as per our proven and renowned recipe. In fact, EVERYONE likes it. It contains a lot of Seitan, it is cooked on the spot in the oven (we don't have a microwave), the cheese is vegan and absolutely good and tasty.
