Poke bowls that can be completely customised, which is always a plus for vegans! The only plant-based "protein" item was a soya meatball that the rest of my family enjoyed, but I am not a fan. However there are plenty of protein-rich options in the "greens" and toppings sections, including edamame, hummus, chick peas, nuts and seeds.
