Read moreDishes prepared by HoS are ones of the best I've had when eating out 🍜🍩🍔🤗 My partner who is not vegan is always satisfied with his orders, he especially loves the seitan roast and the pastries (drożdżówka FTW) offered here.
The prices might be high, but the food never disappoints 🥹
HoS is located in Wrzeszcz borough, quite close to the Wrzeszcz Train Station and other vegan places.

It's not on the menu, you need to order it at least 48 hours before, but it's really really worth trying. If you want to feel a bit futuristic, that is. But really it can't even be compared to known plant-based meat alternatives available in stores.

first: the atmosphere - if you arrive not only physically here, you will feel all the great energy which the owner and the amazing crew put inside that place!
Read moresecond: the food - within 6 days I have been here three times, so I ate three main dishes and three cakes.
One main dish was one of the best and taste fullest things I have ever eaten! The classic polish dumplings and the other dish were amazing as well. The dishes are well (sometimes f* cute) decorated and very fast served too.
third: the crew - it seems, they really love their job here. I spent with my dog a lot of hours here, because "She" feels comfortable as well. - yes, she dog treats available!
fourth: the place itself - you will find a lot of new little cute details every time you come here.

Sooo lecker. Es gibt eine dreiseitige Speisekarte. Auf Seite 1 gibt es japanische Gerichte, auf Seite 2 gibt es polnisch-moderne (?) Gerichte, auf Seite 3 Getränke, z. B. Glitzerlimonade. Zu empfehlen sind Erdbeer-Rhabarber und Gurke-Minze. Wir haben den polnischen Burger und die Roulade probiert. Das war sehr lecker! 100%-ige Weiterempfehlung!

With 3 dumplings or something made form patatoes. It was the best dish I had in a while. Wow. So special.
2 girls were eating the burger it looked also very good. Instead of a bun it was with a pierogi.
If wish this place in the city center i would eat here every day.
In this steeet most things were closed on Sunday I would suggest to go on a different day. I saw a vegan shop and some second hand shops around all closed.
Next day I went back and I ordered the pierogi burger. Very special and not just a burger. It was a big meal. Very tasty.

They recently moved places so we took a while to find them but it was ten times worth the effort. The waiter did good efforts translating the menu to english.

Overall the tastes really harmonized well with each other. Probably one of the best vegan restaurants I've ever been to and definitely a place you should check out in Gdańsk.

We were greeted by the cutest dog when entering the place! Ordered zapiekanka and a fish dish which were both lovely. The place was quite small so we were lucky to come here in December and not July cause the place is probably constantly full then. Will definiteley try to visit again though!

We tried all the vegan-friendly spots in the city. This is without a doubt the best of them all. The Schnitzel (Schabibi) is incredible, so are the pieroggis. We ended up coming here 3 times, even though it was a bit out of the way for us. The service was very warm and friendly each time. They only accepted cash when we were there, so to be sure to bring some Zloty. Only other downside is that they close rather early, so come here for lunch or an early dinner!

LGBTQ friendly place with traditional polish food but all vegan 😱 Had Schnitzel and Dumblings and didn‘t know which one was better. They have great Czeck beers. Staff is shy and stressed when speaking english so take it easy with them, they are very nice and friendly people. I‘ll defenitely come back!

Very lovely dishes and very good seitan at the house of Seitan - Edit
I visted with my three daughters and son the House of Seitan last Sunday. We were there 2 hours before closing, a view dishes were already sold out, which is a good sign. Unfortunately also the desserts.
