Chic restaurant with lots of efforts to bring vegan dishes

They have a good choice of vegan products in their veganuary menu, which they plan to integrate in their regular menu, depending the success of each of the dishes. They usually make it a serene experience for the clients by adapting and personalizing dishes to make them vegetarian/vegan on demand. Prices are on the higher side, but still affordable compared to other big swiss cities.
