One of the very few vegan options in the mall - Edit
Although the whole basement foodcourt is of non-vegetarian stalls, I happen to see this stall with customized vegan options. You get to choose your noodles types, vegetables type, topping types, and the staff will cook everything in a warm tasty soup based bowl.
