Lovely staff and quality food - Edit
The waitress at Hododa recommended 1-2 dishes per person so I ordered the beets with vegan ricotta, and the fried zucchini. The beets were divine, really just the best flavor and cooked perfectly! The zucchini had a nice texture but lacked flavor. It was only good with the sauce on it, and I would have liked a little more sauce. The chocolate mousse for dessert was good. Would definitely go back

Best in Marseille - Edit
I came here two years ago with a friend for the brunch during a weekend in Marseille and kept this indelible memory of magic in my mouth. Came back this year with two friends and the brunch is still excellent, luscious and made with love. Probably the best brunch I've eaten until now. I would 100% bring non vegan people, especially if they are annoyed by meat substitutes as this brunch succeeds in proposing inventive super diverse creations without much processed items.

One of the great restaurants. Period. Every dish had character, especially the fried tofu triangles, the red pepper muhammara, the butter eggplant and the flan. Unlike anywhere we’ve been and all delicious. Obviously crafted with care and love. The place also has a nice, open, community atmosphere.

Lovely place and very tasty food. Had a marinated tofu dish with parsnip purée and fennel, partner had a chickpea, pesto and tofu sandwich with large salad. House made lemonade was gorgeous. Staff really friendly and welcoming. We sat outside in the sun but inside looked nice as well (with clean toilet as well!)

We were happy to find a fully vegan café in Marseille. Even though the place was busy, the waitress brought us a table and chairs to sit outside. The food was served quickly and we both enjoyed it. The service was super friendly. Loved it!

La carte est d'inspiration libanaise, avec pour la majeure partie les mezzés habituels (mais pas uniquement). On a pris la majorité des choix de la carte car nous étions 3. Tous étaient très bons, notamment le muhammara (purée de poivrons et noix), très parfumé. On a trouvé que c'était de la cuisine de qualité. Et la personne au service était très accueillante et impliquée.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The price-quality ratio was very good, the service excellent and friendly. Hododa heeft een simpele kaart, maar de gerechten erop vind je in krachtige uitvoering terug op je bord. We waren vooral omver geblazen door de patatas bravas, maar ook de muhammara was bijzonder lekker. En het toetje! De falafel maakte minder indruk, maar daar was ook niet zozeer iets mis mee. Al met al een verademing in het hart van Marseille.

Ich war während meiner Reise schon dreimal im Hododa und komme wieder. Alles schmeckt hervorragend, ist frisch, phantasievoll zubereitet und ist gesund 100 von 10 Sternen für den Koch/ die Köchin. Ein Grund, wieder nach Marseille zu reisen. Großes Kompliment 🫶
