Wohl das schmackhafteste vegane Restaurant in der ganzen Provence. Wechselnde Karte mit tollen Gerichten und Desserts. Vier Dinge auf der Karte reichen für zwei Personen bei großem Hunger (ohne Nachtisch).

Dovrebbe migliorare la scelta del menu, e alzare il livello qualitativo visti anche i prezzi delle portate.

Da un ristorante così quotato mi aspettavo molto di più.

La carte est d'inspiration libanaise, avec pour la majeure partie les mezzés habituels (mais pas uniquement). On a pris la majorité des choix de la carte car nous étions 3. Tous étaient très bons, notamment le muhammara (purée de poivrons et noix), très parfumé. On a trouvé que c'était de la cuisine de qualité. Et la personne au service était très accueillante et impliquée.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The price-quality ratio was very good, the service excellent and friendly. We ordered labneh, falafel, and some kind of cheese sticks — everything was freshly made and beautifully presented with fresh herbs. Only tourists among the guests but highly recommended

Hododa heeft een simpele kaart, maar de gerechten erop vind je in krachtige uitvoering terug op je bord. We waren vooral omver geblazen door de patatas bravas, maar ook de muhammara was bijzonder lekker. En het toetje! De falafel maakte minder indruk, maar daar was ook niet zozeer iets mis mee. Al met al een verademing in het hart van Marseille.

Ich war während meiner Reise schon dreimal im Hododa und komme wieder. Alles schmeckt hervorragend, ist frisch, phantasievoll zubereitet und ist gesund 100 von 10 Sternen für den Koch/ die Köchin. Ein Grund, wieder nach Marseille zu reisen. Großes Kompliment 🫶

10/10 for this place. Their « tartine » was huge and so so delicious. The staff was absolutely adorable and I was able to finish my meal on their little terrace. Better to book on the weekends cause it’s relatively small.

Read moreJ’ai adoré le bol Hododa, généreux et équilibré, plein de saveurs de saison. Le gros burger avec frites de patates douces n’avait pas l’air mal non plus, ainsi que la réconfortante tartine façon tartiflette avec sa salade, choisis par mes acolytes.
En dessert, flan libanais léger et très parfumé et tartelette chocolat.
Compter 18€ pour un plat et 6€ pour un dessert. Mais c’est copieux.
Pensez à réserver !
