An old classic

Edit: It looks like while the brand is still there they sell at the Ankara Kebab desk now (just next to where this used to be)

Hisars has been around for a long time. Serving this very untraditional vegan burger, based on spinach patty, rösti (potatocake thingie), stuffed vine leaves and a choice of sauces, where the vegan option is Ajvar (mild or strong).

It have been around for a very long time, and it for a long time was the best burger for money in Stockholm. However the price has gone up and up, from 25 Sek to something like 55 Sek these days. However still quite a good price for what you get.

The burger is just warmed in a microwave, and the location is in a market hall that has a lot of dead animals. Although this place is next to a quite nice seller of nuts, olives and stuff like that.
