Small well stocked health shop. Has a range of products including herbs, natural beauty aids and body care, soap, chocolate, vitamins, supplements, a small case of cold drinks, and more. No fresh produce. Open Mon-Sun 09:00-19:00.
I would say its more a drugstore kind of place. Many shelves were empty when i was there. Wonder if they were making changes to the shop or just restocking...
In spite of being larger than other Helsemin stores, Helsemin - Frihedsstøtten offers the same selection as other Helsemin stores.
They offer mainly organic products, which mainly are vegan (like super fruits, nuts, teas and such).
Some of them can be found in most regular supermarkets, but they also offers some products which can be difficult to find in regular supermarkets, like Pukka tea.
They also offers a nice selection of vegan chocolate and candy. But their selection of vegan specialities are otherwise poor.
Helsemin focus heavily on pills and diet supplements, which alot of health stores and such (like Helsam, Matas and such) already do.
I think they could improve by focusing more on vegan products, especially vegan products that aren't already in regular supermarkets. Because health stores, including Helsemin, seems to focus a bit too little on renewal, so the regular supermarkets have now outpace the health stores on areas like vegan products, they once was a leader on.
There’s an amazing selection of products. What I’m mostly excited about is the fact that they have sukin products - and a big selection of it. It’s not easy to find sukin products other places. Also, I saw they are selling replacement products for plastic which is very nice too.
Since I live in Copenhagen, that is the place that I simply CANNOT just pass by! They have a wide variety of vegan foods, supplements, toiletries and snacks. Ok prices,
Great for toiletries, but not for groceries - Edit
An impressive selection of vegan toiletries, such as soaps, toothpastes, shampoos and skincare items, but a limited selection of groceries with the exception of baby foods. So, it depends what you are looking for! Open Sundays, and accepts credit cards.
Okay the other reviews, thought that the place was "nothing special" but I strongly disagree. This is a well-stocked store in central Copenhagen with lots of different personal care products and healthy food options for vegetarians and vegans. The even have vegan dietary supplements which are rather rare products in Danish stores. However, as anything else in Denmark, it defiantly isn't cheap.
Like the other Helsemin locations in Copenhagen, this is a small but very well stocked shop. Items offered include products like soaps, vitamins, supplements, shampoo, lotions, and natuaral household products. No fresh produce.
The location is not far from Tivoli Garden on the main road. Stopped in on a past trip to Denmark.
This is a good find, its close to the main station- the side exit on vesterbrogade. It is open everyday! No fresh food, some drinks in the fridge, good things for the cupboard, also some chips, salsa, nuts and even toothpaste. Nothing special but good if you need a snack to eat!

This is the spot I go to when I want a new (bamboo) tandbrush, cleaning supplies, essential oils or a quick snack.

Centrally located but boring - Edit
The shop is centrally located and very popular with the locals. It's good it's there, but it's nothing special, really.
