The menu reads ‘vegetarian noodle bowl and egg roll’, but it can be made vegan with soy sauce. Fresh ingredients and generally a really good meal.

Have not tried the food yet but if you need an icy beverage to go with your Boxcar Pizza, this is the spot! Order at the kiosk and choose the tea, sweetness level, ice amount, and different bobas/jellies. So good!

I ordered the Vermicelli Noodle Bowl with Vegetarian [vegan] Egg Rolls and Tofu. It also included lettuce, bean sprouts, cilantro, carrots, cucumber, and fried shallots. It was served with soy sauce instead of fish sauce. The egg rolls were crispy and flavorful. The bowl was simple, but satisfying.
