Cute little HFS and cafe - Edit
At first glance this place looks tiny, but as you step inside, you notice it's a rabbit warren of healthy goodies.
Read moreTheir range of health supplements is good, they also have fresh fruit and veg and your regular health food store stuff.
The front of the business is an old fashioned cafe with homestyle cooked dishes, juices and salads. Very quaint.
I ordered a salad and requested a big glass of filtered water (it was a hot day).
The salad was fresh and nourishing, and they went out of their way to get me some clean filtered water.
The staff were attentive, accommodating and kind.
Definitely one of the more wholesome experiences for my Sydney trip. Will definitely be back to this place next time I'm in the big smoke
Pros: Friendly staff, Wholesome food , Quaint, welcoming vibe

Really good food, and huge portions sizes - Edit
Came here twice, everything was vegan accept for the option to add egg on the menu as an extra
Read moreAmazing baked goods
Portion sizes were Huge one order of a BLT came with two sandwiches and would of sufficed for two people as it came with a side of cucumber dill also. So take that into account when saying it's expensive as you get a lot more for each portion

Good food a bit pricey - Edit
The food is great.
Read moreThe day I visited, they had a ‘new’ menu and had to ask the kitchen what was available. I settled for the Dahl and it was delicious.
I also had an Aztec hot choc - yum!
The meals on the menu (the Dahl was on the specials board) were very expensive ($36 for a toasted sandwich or a hot dog or a burger)!
Most cakes were around $15 per slice!
There is also a grocery store downstairs.
Pros: Good options, Tasty food, Grocery options
Cons: Very expensive, They charge $1.00 extra for non dairy milk!!

Great gem in an area lacking in vegan food - Edit
Cozy couches, good ambiance, nice muffins. Loved the vibe of this place. A health foods store is attached which has non vegan and non vegetarian products😒but a nice little stop in a busy district

Velvety Smoothie - Edit
Loved the Anti Inflammatory Golden Mylk, velvety smooth and great flavour.
Read moreLots of vegan cakes on offer in the glass cabinets, but not all are marked vegan in the bigger main cabinet, after asking we were told they were all vegan.
The cafe has a bit of a shabby chic old school vegetarian cafe vibe which can be a tight squeeze when full.
I had a look in their shop and the first thing I saw were dried whole fish dog teats hanging up and also meat dog treats.

Not a place for everyone - Edit
When I travel, I always like to support vegan / vegetarian restaurants. That's what led me to this cafe. I had a burger and a juice. The juice was yum, but the burger was a complete disappointment. Considering I paid 22 USD for it, I think I get to complain about it. I got the falafel patty, with the coconut bun and a vegan egg. The vegan egg was just off (it tasted funny and the texture resembled more a French Madeleine than an actual egg), so I would not recommend it. As for the patty and the bun, they were hard and nothing extraordinary. I think I just missed their concept of food... So my conclusion is that this place is not for everyone. I would still recommend it if you're looking for a nice cafe to grab a coffee or a juice.

Also they charged extra for plan-based milks. Coming from a vegetarian place, this is unacceptable to me.

Good choice cafe - Edit
Lots of options for a healthy meal. I had the quiche, a salad and soya macha latte, and chocolate and coconut creamer pancake thing and was all very tasty, did set me back $50 but I think that's reasonable for 4 high quality items. Staff were well informed a d friendly.

Nice, regardless! - Edit
The cafe is closed for three weeks for renovations and no doubt it will be a great thing to experience when it opens. However, I am only travelling through and so had to be content with the tumeric latte and baked item that I purchased which I did find satisfying.

So. Many. Options - Edit
The cafe upstairs has so many fun vegan options including vegan “eggs”, VLT, pulled “pork”, and a large cabinet of healthy sweet treats. The store section is spread over two levels and has an array of vegan products, including health supplements, and organic fruit and veg. Casual vibe with comfy couches and plants.

Laid back - Edit
This place is so nice, a cafe and a health food shop. Mostly vegan (the groceries and some of the food isn’t vegan), they sell hot food as well as groceries. I found agave here after almost a year of searching. I bought tvp curls which is great I needed it for dinner. 👏 I’ll be back to try the food next payday.

Plenty Flavourful Vegan Option - Edit
This cute cafe offers a lot of vegan choices, with basically everything in their menu can be personalised to almost all kind of dietary requirement you have. The "cheeze"burger was a delight and kept me coming back for more.
Read moreSeatings are spreaded around the cafe, and its always pleasant to browse around the grocery store while waiting for the food.
The staffs are friendly and will happily explains again what options they have.
A lot of grocery items they sell are suitable for vegans and probably has one of the largest brick-and-mortar vegan supplement range (nuzest, whitewolf, algae, etc)
Pros: Cute, wide range of vegan food, large grocery shop
Cons: Tend to fall on pricier side

Quirky and healthy nuts - Edit
We were there on a Saturday morning, and the cafe was really busy. But we found a table amongst the quirky furniture and enjoyed lemon water on the table while we perused the menu.
Read morePancakes could be made with egg or without, and were high protein, tasty but dense.
The spinach tacos were fresh with tasty coleslaw filling and delicious black bean dip.
Both meals were massive (we could have had two meals out of one serve). The coffees were good, with almond milk and soy milk.
Great service with a smile and we noticed loads of locals popping in for assumably their usual weekend ritual.
