Very fresh! - Edit
Based on another review here I ordered the vegan pho with mushrooms and crispy tofu. It did not disappoint! The broth was delicate, spicy and tasted great. The crispy tofu was a pleasant surprise, in some vegan pho the tofu can seem like an afterthought, but here it was great. The vegetables, including a large serving of bean shoots, were fresh and perfectly balanced with the noodles and tofu.
Read moreI had a late lunch and i honestly wasn’t sure I would eat a full meal but I ate the whole thing, it was really easy with such fresh ingredients. I didn’t order anything else, just the pho, it was perfect for my appetite at that moment.
We can’t leave 5 stars for places that aren’t full vegan but this dish was definitely worthy of 5 stars😄

Crispy tofu pho is as good as I've had anywhere, vegan or omnivore... a perfect Melbourne laneway experience. I really appreciated the clear menu and helpful staff in ordering vegan dishes. I'll definitely be returning.

Such a cool place!! I haven’t heard many people talk about this place but they have soooo many vegan options and the prices are so good!! I definitely recommend it for students!
Read moreI only tried the fresh rice paper rolls with tofu but they were incredible(with soy sauce as other one has fish, clearly written on the menu so all good). The rice noodles were delicious with the crispy onions ahhh and the 2 rolls are really filling!!

Stopped in for lunch. Started with rice paper rolls, lovely textures with a yummy sauce. For mains the tofu pho was delicious and filling, and the bahn mi was crunchy and fresh.

We went on a Saturday night, wanted to sit outside because we have our little rescue dog with us. They were so helpful and got a new table for us, great vegan options and very delicious!!!!! Quick and fresh!!

While there's not a lot of vegan options, that's pretty standard for the area. What is available is clearly marked V (vegan) or CBV (can be vegan). Staff made a point of checking about fish sauce which was nice.
Read moreI had the crispy fried tofu vermicelli salad bowl which was pretty good - the fried tofu in particular was excellent. Will definitely be back to try the other options.
