An incredible experience - Edit
Wow, this place is amazing. All vegan, the chefs are more than willing to talk to you about the food and answer any questions, and the quality of everything was incredible. They also have wine or non-alcoholic pairings, both of which were delicious. The non alcoholic elixirs were just as good as the food. The servers were so friendly and the atmosphere was great. Pricey, but absolutely worth it.

100% Worth it - Edit
I went there for my birthday dinner. At first I thought that it would be too expensive but once we sat down and ate the food I knew that it was worth every penny. They change the menu every 3 weeks depending on which locally sourced ingredients are available. I enjoyed my special night and I will definitely be back and I will be bringing my friends with me. Even if you aren’t vegan or you have friends who aren’t vegan they will enjoy the food because it is so unique and different from anything you will have ever eaten. Thank you Harvest Beat for an amazing birthday and some of the best vegan food I have ever eaten.

Can’t complain - Edit
Not only is it delicious but portions are decent. We left beautifully content and we loved the interaction between customers and staff; breaking down boundaries. Kind of felt like being in someone’s house. Drink pairings could be bigger though!

One of the absolute best dinners ever! - Edit
And I mean not just the best vegan dinner. The dinner was a truly remarkable experience. The taste of each and every course was memorable. The flavor was so unique and each course stood out on its own. If you are looking to celebrate a special day or a memorable date night, look no further. I am definitely going back here and strongly recommend trying this place. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable and casual. They do this amazing gratitude ritual at the start of the dinner which was so beautiful.

Not to be missed - Edit
My wife and I had a very memorable evening here. Every course was beautiful and delicious. Reading through the menu, it looked like there would be too many competing flavors, but everything just worked. Not a dud among them. The gnocchi and morels were particularly amazing. It is expensive, but we had no regrets. The menu changes every few weeks and they only offer one option for each course, so if you have any major dislikes, check their website before you make a reservation. No matter what, everything is vegan and fresh.

Love the Food, Concept, and Execution - Edit
Food was excellent as well as the presentation. Everyone was very friendly and informative of the food served and it's preperation. I love that what they are able to get from local growers and foragers is what dictates the menu and not the other way around. Chef Joe is an masterful artist. They were very happy to work around and accomodate my allergies as well. My first visit to the west coast and Seattle was crowned by dinner at Harvest Beat. I love the concept and execution of this restaurant - I wish we had some like it on the East coast. Keep up the great work.

Even better than Sutra! - Edit
I dined at Sutra once a few years back and have fond memories of it. (From what I've read, this place was opened by half of Sutra's original team after it closed.) The dinner format is identical. They serve a seasonal, prix fixe, multi-course menu with optional beverage pairings and even do the same thing where they ring the gong when service starts.
Read moreOne major upgrade is the setting. I remember Sutra being this small space where we were squeezed at the community tables together with other diners. There wasn't much décor to speak of either. The atmosphere was a lot more casual. Now, at this new place, the dining area is more than spacious. No more table sharing with strangers. The atmosphere is warm and intimate. The staff couldn't be more welcoming and cordial.
The food was great and portions were adequate. We thoroughly enjoyed every course. At $56 per person, it's not cheap by any means but I found it pretty good value. A must-eat in Seattle!
Pros: excellent food, warm service

Spectacular!! - Edit
My wife and I have been Vegan for a bit over 2 years now. I am lucky as she is a fantastic cook. That said, I took her to Harvest Beat for our 30th anniversary this past weekend and enjoyed one of the finest meals I have EVER eaten. Yes, not finest Vegan meal...finest meal! The staff are wonderful and the Chef/Owner passionate about his food and those that grow it. Harvest Beat offers a 4 course, fixed price dinner that will over fill your tummy and titilate your senses. I (we) cannot wait to return!!

Cons: Chairs could use some cushions
