Incredible. Amazing service, amazing food, beautiful and tasty cakes, cozy atmosphere with big armchairs in which you can chill or read for a while. You mustn't miss this place.
Read moreI had a bigggg slice of chocolate and blueberry cake (8$) and even though I was a bit afraid at first of the mix chocolate/fruit I absolutely loved it. I also tried the lemon cheesecake (8$) my girlfriend ordered, which was surprisingly good as I usually don't like cheesecake. We will definitely be back to try more cakes !!
Note : to my understanding, the price by slice is the same for every cake (8$).

It lives up to its name! The atmosphere is super cozy and the food is phenomenal. Had a “chicken” panini and the had apple pie and the magic bar. I’d eat here every day if I could.

Cozy Vegan Sweet Shop - Edit
I got a Pistachio Matcha whip and a slice of Red Velvet & Cherry cake. The whip was awesome, mostly fruits, with a little maple syrup I believe, no other added sugar. The cake was a HUGE slab! It was good, but a tad dry on the bottom and the icing had a slightly gummy texture (it was supposed to be a cream cheese icing, so maybe vegan cream cheese with a strange binder was used?). Prices are typical of Brooklyn- high, but average for the area. Service was very friendly, and there was a small amount of cozy table seating. I would recommend the place, maybe a different cake flavor would be perfect, the whips are great, and they had savory dishes available, but I didn't order any of those.

I got there late in the day and all that was left was the gluten-free donuts, which, to be honest, really do taste gluten-free (with an unpleasant gritty texture) and don't really taste like donuts.

On top of that she's a sweetheart of a person who cares about her customers & the animals genuinely.

Been meaning to try this place for a while and so glad that I finally got the chance! They moved to a more central location, so it's definitely easier to get to than it used to be (it's right around the corner from Screamer's Vegan Pizzeria and 1 block from the Nassau Ave stop).
Read moreWe had a slice of the chocolate babka and WOW!! It was incredible..super moist, doughy, chocolate, layers of flavor, just delicious!! Also the slice was HUGE, we split it between two people and it was really filling. Will definitely come back whenever I'm in the mood for cakes! They had a lot in their display case, from cheesecake to gluten free donuts to three layer German chocolate cake.
The only annoying thing was that only one person is allowed in right now due to covid, they have the door locked and literally lock it behind you. I get being cautious but maybe one party at a time would work better, my bf and I had to go separately and there was a line forming cuz it just takes longer this way.
