Very happy with the customer service - Edit
I needed to get breakfast and caffeine in a hurry, and Happy Goat was near my hotel. The staff were GREAT about getting my food out to me quickly, which I wolfed down (it was delicious) while waiting for my coffee. My latte was ready to go just in time for me to race out the door. If you want quick and tasty food and coffee, definitely give this Ottawa-based chain a try rather than a major international store.

Happy Goat - Edit
Big fan of Happy Goat. A lot of their pastries are vegan (but you have to ask which ones) and they carry plant milks. Cool vibe. Only flaw, it can get really busy.
