Offers full salad bar with tofu, beans, specialty vegan salad mixes (such as tabouleh salad, quinoa salad, and kidney bean salad) as well as 1 whole vegan station, 1 whole vegetarian station and other items throughout the cafe that are vegan. All menus are posted online and are labeled VG for Vegan and V for Vegetarian. Just a few examples of items offered at the vegan station are whole grain lemon garlic and broccoli pasta, stir fried tofu, curry roasted vegetables, chickpea couscous patties, vegan chow mein with cashews, and Gardein burgers. Labels gluten free and allergen free (free of eggs, wheat, gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, milk & soy). Open Mon-Fri 4:30pm-8:00pm, Sat-Sun 10:00am-1:30pm, Sat 5:00pm-7:30pm, Sun 5:00pm-8:00pm.
