This small food truck can be found at the Vredenburg market on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. The vegetarian platter is vegan and comes with some injera (airy and bubbly fermented pancake) and four types of veggie stews. They’re all well flavored and 4.99€ is a good price for it. Don’t expect restaurant quality, the injera was premade - but for a quick meal at a food truck, this is a tasty option!

By accident I found this vegan dish at the market in Utrecht. Very tasty, with lentils, spinach and potatos and the Ethiopian teff pancakes.
