Excellent potato wedges and burger - Edit
I felt like a burger, it can’t be that long since I had one! Anyway I chose the classic greenway burger. I think I had beyond burger patty, and tomatoes and vegan cheese and sauce and pickles. It was really nice. I also had the classic wedges and these were delicious. Actual potatoes. My partner enjoyed the red pepper burger too. Nice service, enough room to sit in.

It’s very daunting to hop off the train in the Vegan Capital of Belgium and have one single meal to eat there. I picked this spot because of the location and other reviews- it is between the train station and the main square (and on a tram line).
Read moreI ordered the kebab wrap and a commercial lemonade. The wrap came with a nice little salad and a comical amount of sauce. The food was fresh, tasty, and filling - really hit the spot.
Staff was really friendly and there’s lots of seating, including some outside.

This spot is really nice, cosy and greenish.
Read moreTheir menu is quite large so quite difficult to choose from.
However, the suggestion was the Japanese wrap, which is mouth-watering, a must to try, if they still offer it at your arrival!
In addition, if you crave kebabish wrap, you will be served with their Greenway “kebab” wrap.
If you like a spicy touch, go for the Red Pepper burger, since you will have nice Jalapeños in it!
The fresh season salads are also really good and refreshing!

Cosy restaurant with all vegan wraps, burgers and salads. I've had the kebab wrap and Greenway burger and they were both great! My omni bf had the Thai wrap (suggestion) and loved it 😊

I went here for dinner with my children last week when we visited Ghent. We ordered the bellpepper burger, the Greenwayburger and a wrap. The flavours were quite good.
Read moreThe wrap was a bit blend (too much lettice) and there was not enough sauce on the burgers, wich we adressed, and they gave us a lot of extra sauce 😊👍 The brownid and carrotcake was quite good aswell.

The place looks nice and the food tastes really good. I have been here with a friend and we had the Falafel wrap with seasonal salad and the Greenway Burger. Both were delicious and good portions. As dessert we had carrotcake, which was a bit dry and a bit too little frosting, but still tasty. So if you want a quick vegan meal you should definitely go here.

We thoroughly enjoyed eating here. Nice burgers for lunch and just about to have the wraps for dinner. Supper friendly staff. We sat outside and watched the world go by 😁
Read moreSecond day however, we did takeaway and got to the hotel to find that they forgot to include the burgers we bought. Husband had to make the 30min drive back in a city he really don’t feel comfortable driving in to pick them up again. This really tressed us as we haven’t eaten much all day and also rush hour traffic for a non local can be bad.
Lesson here is to always check before leaving the premises. It was a big order so checking this time round would have been a task and a half.

Superfood salad is a hoax - Edit
I have bought a superfood salad for 13,90€ which was a really sad experience. For this price I would expect a satisfying salad, that fills me up (coz yes salads can be filling) and that is tasty. It was just a small bowl of salad base with humble portion of quinoa & seeds with avocado and hummus (like half a tablespoon). It was underseasoned, plain, lacking a dressing, lacking flavour, lacking creativity, totally boring. I was given a small bun with it, I found that to be just not suitable at all with it, like am I suppose to stuff myself with dry bread to not get hungry after eating that plain salad? I would say it was a regular plain side salad I could get literally anywhere for half the price. I am writing this so that the owners or chefs can contemplate and improve their salad offer or if not, price them accordingly, because they are a rip off for what they are.

We only spent two nights in Ghent and I’m so pleased we chose to eat here. They make their own burger patties which was out of this world as we’re their sweet potato fries and sauce. I chose the healthier option which was your average Buddha bowl made far better with their amazing dressing and delicious warm bread roll. Would definitely go again!

We stopped for lunch and had the curry and black bean burger. It was tasty, the curry didn’t have the greenway chik’n pieces like it said it did, but it was good regardless. The burger was very good. Very casual, nothing extremely special but good for a quick, filling lunch!

I've tried many vegan burgers in different countries. The Greenway burger is definitely the best one! I've had it two days in a row and I'm on my way for third. The staff have been super friendly and helpful too!
