tasty, but wouldn't recommend if you don't like mushrooms - Edit
I don't like mushrooms or cooked carrots, so struggled to find anything filling to order. I ended up getting the pancakes and the red bean spring rolls. Both were delicious, so this place still gets 4 stars

Great spot in the market - Edit
Excellent little noodle shop and a pleasant surprise considering there aren't many other vegan options nearby. I'll definitely be coming back here. The bread is out of this world.

A simple bite at a simple price - Edit
A local advised me to visit Gosari Express. So I did. However, at first I thought the place was vandalized and thus closed. It turns out the graffiti on the window actually spells "Gosari Express". They just didn't hire a very skilled artist.
Read moreGosari Express is a noodle restaurant, serving both noodles in soup and noodles in sauce. I chose the "Gosari Classic Onmyeon" because a restaurants signature dish tells most about the quality of the kitchen. Even though the restaurant was very busy, I was served quickly. The presentation of the mushroom based noodle soup was good. As is the case with a lot of Korean food: although it isn't listed as spicy on the menu, it was in fact more spicy / salty than I could comfortably handle. Therefore I ate the noodles, vegetables and mushrooms but left most of the soup.
In the end, I don't really understand what the local was fussing about. Gosari Express merely offers a simple bite to eat at a reasonable price.
Pros: cheap, interesting location, all vegan
Cons: too salty / spicy

Rich taste, hip! - Edit
The restaurant is located inside a local market which is really cute!! Their gosari noodles are the best. It’s very creamy and full of flavor. Everything is vegan. I also ordered the grilled lettuce and carrot momo(Nepalese dumplings) it was good but I found it a bit expensive for the portions. The Nepalese Dumplings tasted just like normal Korean dumplings so I’d recommend to try their other dishes!
