One option but it was AMAZING - Edit
We had to queue for ages to order but it was definitely worth it. There was one vegan ice cream available (I didn’t ask about the sorbet) and I wasn’t sure I would like the flavour - it was a take on a tradition polish Easter cake containing marzipan - but it was SO GOOD. The cone was also really tasty. There’s a nice little park/square opposite you can sit in and enjoy your ice cream.

Vegan Hazelnut is LUSH! =D - Edit
Visited late January in the evening. Just went in out of curiosity seeing as they sold ice cream and the name was quirky. I asked the member of staff if they had any vegan ice cream, they told me the only one they had was the hazelnut. Being a huge fan all things hazelnut, I tried it. Had a decent sized scoop in a cone. Bloody LOVELY!
Read moreThere's a few GOOD LOOD outlets in Krakow, and they're all tidy little places. The staff were always welcoming and friendly. I returned another night to have a hazelnut again for dessert. Lovely stuff, but it's definitely worth adding a few more vegan choices. If they can make an hazelnut ice cream that tastes THAT good! then they could easily make every other one vegan ; )

If you can only add and trial one or two at first, definitely start from the top of that list ; p

I visited on the first night in krakow and a young girl rudely told me there’s no vegan options here. Not sure if this has changed or if she just wasn’t sure what vegan meant?

It's a chain so you can find them all around Kraków. They have amazing vegan ice cream and sorbets. I also highly recommend the pistachio sauce you can get for free in some localizations like in Ruczaj or Bonarka Mall.

A very popular place, I was excited to know they had vegan 'ice-cream' only to be told it's just sorbet. Since I stood in the queue for a long time with my omni friend, I got the raspberry sorbet which was good. Not worth the wait in my opinion.

Luckily we went to "good lood" on a rainy day, so the queue was short! They only have a few flavours which are only named in polish - if you don't understand the staff will translate them for you. I tried three different vegan sorbets and they were all very fruity and delicious! I can highty reccomned a visit. :)

I don't understand why this is listed. I waited in line for 20 minutes only to find out that the only vegan flavors were two standard sorbets. I was very dissapointed as I don't count sorbet as proper ice cream. The sorbet was fine, but you can get that at any ice cream store.

Amazing vegan ice cream!! - Edit
This place was amazing, we went back 3 times! Although they also sell dairy ice cream about half their flavours are vegan! You can get 1, 2 or 3 scoops on a single cone and the flavours are listed on a board behind the counter in red (ask the staff to translate to English if you don't speak polish like us). I got the malibu (coconut and rum) flavour and forest fruit flavour which were amazing, my veggie friend picked them instead of the diary ice cream the next time we went back because they were so good! There are gluten free cones available for no extra charge, all the vegan flavours were gluten free as far as I know but one of the dairy flavours (cookies and cream) contained gluten but the staff spoke good english. This place is open late and because it is a really small shop the queue was out the door and up the street (it was really hot the whole time we were in Krakow) so we went back a little later when the queue had died down but that just shows how good the ice cream is!
