Lovely place!! The sushi was so so good. The ramen was a bit medium, still good tho but just a bit plain. Don't get me wrong we had an amazing time and everything else was perfect! I had an alcohol free cocktail it was so delicious and refreshing

We came here late in the afternoon without a reservation and had the whole place pretty much to ourselves. Service was attentive in a relaxed way.

This place was criminally under patronized for a Friday night meal. The atmosphere inside is so lovely and ornate... there is a literal Golden Ginkgo in the middle of the entryway! I got a 4pc and 6pc sushi roll, one was deep fried, the other was avocado... both were incredibly tasty.
Read moreThe server poured some hot water from a teapot into a little porcelain jar on my plate and it made a smoke effect which spread out all over the table. Dinner and a show! The rolls were stacked in a really unique style/fashion, and there were beetroot(?) and jicama(??) spiralized ribbons with the meal, too. Very satisfying and visually stunning. More than enough food for one person.
The price was quite reasonable for all of this presentation and flavor as well.
The wasabi was INCREDIBLY spicy, moreso than any other wasabi I've ever tried so... be warned lol.
A quick walk from the East Side Gallery, and lots of fun, divey looking bars around the area, too for a nice night out!

Super schöne Location, große Auswahl an leckeren Gerichten und sehr nette Leute vor Ort! Wir hatten ein Sushi-Menu, welches mega lecker war und dazu zwei Getränke mit alkoholfreiem Prosecco die auch super geschmeckt haben. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

When I found out there was a vegan sushi place near my hotel, I knew I had to visit, so I abandoned my friends and headed towards Golden Ginkgo, and it was totally worth it! The presentation was perhaps a tad too fussy for me, but the food was excellent, and the options were endless. I had the vegan tuna maki, the fried avo rolls, and the avo and "salmon" rolls - this was just the right amount for me, and great value for 20 EUR including sparkling water. I wish I had a few more days in Berlin so I could visit again and try other options. Definitely worth a visit!

We just happened to stumble upon this place and decided to give it a try. The portions are huge! I ordered the vegan duck curry with rice and it was super delicious. Would recommend giving this place a try.

Went for Ramen and it was pretty good. I am still not convinced with this kind of dish. Soups and noodles are a weird combination for me. 13-15 euro for this is a slight stretch.

Das Golden Gingko ist ein absolutes Muss für Liebhaber*innen der japanischen Küche. Die Qualität der Speisen ist hervorragend, und das merkt man bei jedem Bissen. Der Ramen ist reich an Geschmack und perfekt gewürzt, die Gyozas sind ebenso köstlich und ein echter Genuss.
