One vegan option, charming walk-up window. - Edit
The Alternative was tasty and mine wasn’t soggy at all. Really charming spot, but the window closes at 3pm, so opportunities to visit are somewhat limited.
Read moreUpdate [2025-11-29]: Confirmed there is no way to veganize the Impossible Melt as the patty itself is not vegan. Too bad! Must not actually be the Impossible™️ brand. If you’re vegetarian, they do offer an ‘impossible’ patty version of the Gold Standard breakfast sandwich as well.

Soggy + only one vegan option - Edit
I don’t get why this place is a big deal. The vegan sandwich was really soggy and not super flavourful. Previously my husband was told that the impossible sandwich could be made vegan without the cheese, but today was told the patty was vegetarian (so I guess not Impossible?) so that sandwich couldn’t be made vegan.
