Very good. All vegan, inside the Hyatt Park Hotel - Edit
It’s very elegant and for tourists or wealthier people. If you want a nice elevated experience, you’ll enjoy it.

Surely go if you are in a mood to visit a fancy place and spend some money. The food is not bad, but not extraordinary. The location is beautiful, both indoor and outdoor. The woman serving us was not the friendliest, probably was having a bad day. The chef changed the garnishes of my dish without asking first, as the kitchen didn't have the required ingredients. Not expected from a Michelin guide named restaurant.

Cavatelli con salsa de maiz, this was different and good.
Agnolotti de ricota, nuez, y espinaca, again average and a common vegan stuffed pasta dish that I have had in better form.

He comido en lugares con menos renombre en Buenos Aires y la calidad de la comida era igual o mejor a Gioia.

This a proper fine dining restaurant, with out of the box dishes and tastes. The service is also impeccable. We had the degustation menu, which I recommend. As it was my birthday day even offered an extra chocolate cake. Really can't recommend more.

Excellent vegan dining in an exclusive environment - Edit
A lot of vegan places around the world prepare good food, but their restaurants are mostly quite sober. But this is something else! Together with my wife we had lunch and dinner here, and they were extraordinary well prepared. Dress up, because dining at Gioia is exclusive fine dining! The location is soo beautiful thanks to the garden and the view of the Hyatt hotel building. Thank you very much for taking so good care of us Carolina Perugino of Gioia Restaurant!

We had a wonderful birthday lunch here. We chose the tasting menu that included starters, four main dishes and two desserts plus water to drink and coffee/tee with the desserts. Every dish was full of flavour. Food here is sophisticated yet uncomplicated. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff is very nice and speaks English. They surprised us by bringing a small birhday cake and sparkling wine in the end of our lunch, how sweet!

Other than what I had at the airport, this was my final meal during my visit to Buenos Aires, and was a fitting close. This place is located in a fancy hotel, and when you enter, you are treated like royalty. You can eat inside or outside, and the food is of top quality. I had a bread service, ravioli, and dessert--everything was top-notch, with subtle, creative mix of flavors. I only wish I were hungrier when I went here, since I would have liked to try another dish.

Food was very tasty. Portions not very big (understandable) and pricey (about 13 USD per item) so expect to order at least 2 per person. Would definitely like to come back because it was just very good.

Read moreThe food here was a pleasant surprise. The topinambur soup was rich and earthy, the ceviche vibrant and flavourful, and the shiitake tempeh? Totally innovative. It’s tempeh, but not as you know it – the base of the tempeh is shiitake. Credits to the leek dish as well; it was skillfully prepared and visually impressive.
Overall, the menu’s well thought out and dishes are executed with care. I would definitely give the tasting menu a try next time.

Fantastic experience. Beautiful garden setting. Attentive, capable staff able to deal with allergies. I loved the experience, and it was in stark contrast to the lack of artistry, overpriced nature of Mudra, Matthew Kenney's new restaurant in town. Gioia has class, affordability, taste and is prepared by actual chefs.
