Top notch market food! - Edit
Got a small selection as a snack and it blew me away! Firstly - more than just a snack. But mainly the taste is fantastic! Tofu coated in breadcrumbs is all crispy with spicing I’m not familiar with but so more-ish. The drumstick, satay stick and fish finger were all great too. More than just plant replicas of other dishes, but satisfying in their own right. Texture of drum stick incredible - how?? So good.

Gillie Foods at North Wales Vegan Festival 2024! - Edit
An interesting vendor with a good selection of vegan mock meats. I had a Taiwanese Bao and a Combination Box and really enjoyed the different textures. The Dumplings and Vegan Drumstick are particular standouts!

Visited at Bristol Veg Fest - we had delicious bbq noodles and I tried dim sum for the first time. So happy!
