Go for the margaritas, don't stay for the tacos - Edit
The Strawberry Margarita was delicious, so I had high hopes for the food.
Read moreHowever, after ordering the vegan tacos, they came out with real cheese on them, which I unfortunately did not notice until I'd started eating. After they redid my order, they came out ice cold. Not much flavour on them either, the only flavour just came from the sauce.

Good if you are stuck for something to eat - Edit
Previous reviews seem to say not as good as it used to be. Having never been here before I don’t have that point of reference. On my visit the food was pretty good. Had taco’s, corn and tortillas. All were made vegan by request. The food was alright to be fair. Good flavour and decent sized portions.

Still good, but not as fun - Edit
Used to be an awesome place for vegans. Still nice options on the menu, but the dedicated vegan menu is gone (the menu overall is way more boring than the fun comic-book style from before). Also, it used to be you could have a selection of tacos, but now you get three of the same.

Pros: Great spice vegan tacos, The bean dip and nachos, Lagerita
Cons: Slim selection, especially for vegans, No vegan queso, though it was on the menu

New chef and menu - not as good - Edit
Old comment - The portions here are huge! And everything is full of flavour. They also make great house margaritas for 99 sek (!!)
Read moreEdit - new chef with new menu which is now much smaller as well as the portion sizes. Food is unfortunately not nearly as tasty and they’ve taken off some of my favourites from the menu (like the deep fried Oreo or the fajita salad tortillabowl). They kept the pretty high prices even though quality and portion sizes has gone down - so I won’t be coming back unless they up their game..

Pretty enjoyable - Edit
This was my first time here and I thought it was pretty enjoyable. They have a good choice of vegan options, although the menu labeling could be better. I had the chimichanga and a portion of the dirty fries. The chimichanga portion could have been a bit bigger or the dish could have come with rice or dries on the side, but it was very yummy.
Read moreWhile they have good starters and main course options, there are no dessert choices, which is a bit of a shame.
The atmosphere for this part of town is pretty good and the service was friendly.
Pros: Good location, A fair few vegan choices, Interesting atmosphere
Cons: Could have more vegan options, No vegan dessert option

This place has changed for the worse - Edit
Sadly this place has changed a lot since I was here last. Smaller portions, no free chips and salsa with the order, they’ve also taken away the specific vegan menu and also removes some great (!) vegan items off the menu. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place anymore.

The place to go in the Gamla Stan - Edit
Every time I'm in Stockholm I always go to Geronimo's FGT. I wish it had a different name, but everything else about it is great. It's laid back, with good music, an excellent atmosphere, and delicious Tex Mex food. Sure, it's a little pricey, but it's worth it for the feels.
Read morePros: Actually decent Tex Mex, Deep fried Oreos, Vibes
Cons: As always, more vegan options are welcome.

Pricey but decent - Edit
Decent food and lots of vegan options but this restaurant is very pricey for what you get due to the location in the Old Town. Food was fine but I wouldn’t be rushing back.

Taco ‘bout a cool place! - Edit
First of it has a cool vibe and interior, they play good music (I heard blue öyster cults burning for you as I walked in) and friendly staff. The menu was very cool and comic book like with a dedicated, hefty two pages dedicated to vegan food (the waiter also pointed out that almost everything in the menu was available as vegan upon request). We ordered the house margarita, which hands down was one of the best I ever had in the world ever. For food I ordered Mexican street corn and two tacos, it was super good! All in all very happy and got my taco fix satisfied with the best tacos I’ve ever had on this side of the Atlantic.

Spice lovers heaven - Edit
Lovely Mexican food in the heart of old town. Almost all of the main dishes are available as vegan alternatives. The taco combo with rice and beans is 165 sek, a good price for a delicious and filling meal. Some of the other options are 220 sek, so a bit pricey but it’s to be expected in Stockholm. Edgy punk aesthetic and super friendly staff. Try the vegan queso and drizzle on some jalapeño sauce - it’s divine!

Nice Mexican food - Edit
Very good vegan menu. Food was excellent, and portions were huge. However, it is a little bit pricy place. Also, we went on Friday, and it was almost fully booked. So I would recommend to book a table.

This is one of my new favorite restaurants in Stockholm. They do Mexican food and they do it damn well. It is perfect for a fancy dinner. You HAVE TO go downstairs, the interior is so incredibly cozy; dark with Mexican inspired decorations.

Huge portions, huge flavours - Edit
Massive portions (the mains alone are like a 3 course meal), great taste. Staff are friendly. Almost everything on the menu can be done as a vegan option. There’s quite a staircase to get down the the basement and you need to watch your head if you’re over ~1.7m
