Typical Franconian Food with seasonal food - Edit
Even though they change the menu a lot for seasons, there are always vegan options, which don't rely on the date, including vegan Schnitzel.

My choice fell on the vegan plaice with a fantastic potato salad in a Swabian style, which tastes exactly like I would do my own one. The 'fish' is well made and has a juicy structure.
The Bruschetta Franconian Style is okay, the bread is perfect and presents the Franconian bakery. The tomatoes were watery, but it's not the season for tomatoes, so a fair evaluation is maybe only possible in the summer/autumn.
It feels sometimes good to be in a traditional place at home and still eat regular meals.

Deftig Vegan - Edit
Wir haben uns richtig gefreut in diesem eher traditionellen Restaurant ein paar vegane Gerichte zu finden, noch dazu wechseln diese regelmäßig. Die Gemüsepfanne mit Veta, die Kichererbsen-Kartoffelpfanne sowie die veganen Medaillons mit Klößen waren bisher sehr lecker.
