Food was pretty cheap but even so, wouldn’t eat here again. Dishes were lukewarm and pretty salty (and I don’t eat low salt at all). Rice was old. The seitan and rice casserole was mostly rice - hard pressed to find seitan in there. No other protein options. Service was friendly, but not enough to make me go back.

Első ebédelésünk itt. Finom volt, optimális áron a napi ajánlat, süti is volt. A leves már elfogyott sajnos, mire odaértünk 15:00 körül. Kedves volt a kiszolgálás, tiszta a mosdó. Sajnáltam, hogy későn vettük észre a cicamentőknek a gyűjtést, nem maradt már több aprónk addigra a jatt után. A belső térrendezést barátságosabbra csinálnám, természetközelibbre. Hiányoltam a kávét. Ezekért a mínusz egy csillag, de visszatérnék.

Read moreIf you would like to take away, better bring your food box container with you. They give an environmental friendly one (which is great) but has an extra cost.
Is pet friendly too!

Best canteen in Budapest - Edit
Good food at good prices. They have daily menus, but if you eat there regularly, the options are similar and maybe you get bored. Despite this I truly recommend this restaurant.

When I went vegan in 2017, it was thanks to this little place, that I found my transition easy. At this point I didn't have any experience in cooking vegan and I also didn't have time for cooking at home. Thanks to Ganesha Vega, I was able to eat balanced, well priced, fresh vegan meals on many of my schooldays😊

Small family owned business offering a small selection of quality vegan food for a low price. The owners and super friendly and they remember you if you go there regularly. They also gave all women flowers for international women’s day. Love their food, highly recommend it!

There is a big diverse menu with a drink for a reasonable price. None of the dishes was particularly good (not a lot of taste), nor was the cake and lemonade (stale and artificially tasting). They were out of rice and coconut drink, and so offered to make cappuccino with cow milk (which I declined).

We also went to Buda side just to visit this restaurant and definately don't regret. We decided to take the daily menu since it was quite near closing time already and we didn't have time to think about it. It included chickpea-kidney bean-tofu stew, basmati rice, plum chutney and pakora bread plus a glass of lemonade for less than 1000 ft! Food was tasty but unfortunately a bit cold since it had been standing there the whole day and they didn't have a microwave oven to heat it up but never mind. We also took coconut cappucinos and some cake and were really satisfied with them. We also had a talk with the owner and he was super nice! If you want delicious food for cheap price, go here! The only minus goes for using plastic plates and cuttlery and cold food but I totally understand that in such a tiny kitchen you can't have a lot of stuff.

I had the mixed plate with included a bit of everything. A few stews, pasta, a rice dish, soups and a seiten patty. Everything was great and it was really filling! I saw they had burgers too.

We arrived this part of Budapest especially for this restaurant and really not regretted it.

There are not many choices of dishes but we didn't have a problem with it.
Each of us took a dishe that includes a salad , a vegetable stew, rice ,Indian sauces, a kind of Vegetable burger and ginger juice.
The dishes were delicious, satisfying and very cheap!
There are also vegetarian options , but we are vegans.
I highly recommend visiting there!
Pros: very cheep, kind service, option to lunch box
