The food was ready quickly and super delicious. Staff was very friendly as well! Bummed that we didn't have room for dessert. Stopped in on a road trip so it's a bonus that it's not super far off I-84.

I absolutely loved this place! From the scratch cooking, to the atmosphere, to the friendly staff, it was everything I wish for in a restaurant! Oh, and the food tasted wonderful as well! I will definitely return when in the area again!

Both of the sandwiches my husband and I got were amazing!! We were at an appointment and looking for somewhere to eat on the way home and since this restaurant had so many excellent reviews, we simply had to go — it was a little out of our way, but DID NOT DISAPPOINT, the food really was sooo good!!!

We were in striking distance of Port Jervis so we stopped over at this pleasant Cafe. I had the Fogwood Smokey Burger which was really flavorful. Finished with two desserts made fresh on site the same morning. Nice eating area. Service was friendly and fast. Well worth the visit!!

Make sure to check out the specials. The soft tacos were heavenly! I usually come for the homemade feta in the wonderful grain bowls. My husband is there for the burgers. Beautiful photography inside. We always stop here on the way to New England. Port Jervis is an up and coming town that is getting better and better. Super high quality food at affordable prices. Wish they were open later and more days but I understand.

I loved it! My husband who isn’t plant based loved it too. For non-plant based eaters, I noticed a big concern is flavor and Fogwood and Fig checks that box off. Both sandwiches we tasted had a medley of flavors and texture that create a beautiful symphony in your mouth. I love the way they combine foods, combos I wouldn’t have thought of myself, to create a new culinary experience.

The best homemade vegan burgers - Edit
Lots of thought and love goes into the food at Fogwood & Fig. Their menu is thoughtfully curated with flavors that compliment each other. All of their ingredients are extremely fresh and mostly or entirely made in house. Have tried almost every item on their menu and have never been disappointed. When you sit down to eat there, your order comes out within minutes, it’s honestly impressive. My favorite is definitely the Fogwood Smoky Burger. Keep an eye on their specials and desserts!!

I had the Korean BBQ burger with kimchi and my husband had the flirty burger. Mine was so delicious, it had notes of ginger in the kimchi I think. The flavors were paired together so well. I honestly am so glad we stopped here today, it was a great find!
