Lovely place! - Edit
Folie is a vegetarian breakfast and lunch place / coffeebar. Approximately 40% of the offer is vegan. Vegan food is clearly labeled in the store. There are daily suggestions, and these are written on the bar.
Read moreHad a sourdough bread with pumpkin-white beans crème, sage, chestnut mushrooms which was richly topped with pits and seeds. Nice portion, beautiful presented and had a good taste.
As dessert I choose the pistache-cinnamon-cardamom bun and this was a great choice to end the meal.

Beautiful hotspot - Edit
My friend Anouk opened this beautiful vegan-friendly hotspot and I'm so proud of her. Her creativity reflects in the beautiful curtains, the fermented drinks and the colourful food with local ingredients. For drinks, we had the plum & lemongrass kombucha and the pear shrub, which I really liked. For food, we had the sourdough bread with green pea hummus and yellow courgette, as well as the beluga lentil salad with chickpeas, sundried tomatoes, fennel and artichoke. Very pure, but Anouk knows how to add that finishing touch with the right herbs, spices and other toppings. Lovely!
