Ordered the spicy chickpea burger and the flower burger combo with breaded eggplants on the side. The eggplant side was mildly disappointing, but the burgers themselves were really tasty and filling!

Nach den überaus positiven Bewertungen wollten die bunten Burger unbedingt probieren. Die Burger waren geschmacklich gut, aber nicht überragend, genauso wie die Pommes (für die man extra eine Sauce dazu kaufen muss). Sehr enttäuscht waren wir von den Edamame, welche nicht mehr die frischesten und sehr klein waren. Außerdem waren sie komplett ohne Salz.

Really tasty burgers - love that they're not all meat substitutes and instead are made of chickpeas or mushrooms etc. Selection of local bio vegan beers too. Can get a discount with a student ID. Also have a fantastic "chocolate salami" dessert.

Healthy Burgers - Edit
Made it to #Marseille for a day of #Mediterranean delight in AixenProvince. The French port city is beautiful in every respect and full of wonder and energy. I took myself on an evening running tour to enjoy the sites and search for vegan grub where I found Flower Burger which commingles health and deliciousness in the same breath. Love the purple buns! I am thankful to be able to explore the world while integrating with other fascinating cultures. Live life people!

I had high expectations for Flower Burger in Marseille, as I went to the one in Rome many years ago when I was still newly vegan (it blew me away back then).
Read moreIt’s the same decoration, tiny little place with kind workers. I went twice, first ordering the Flower Burger, then getting the Spicy Chickpea. Service was pretty quick. The color of the burgers is of course super fun!
Overall, it’s a good meal and worth a try for those colorful buns. It just doesn’t exactly match my tastebuds, as I don’t love the “healthy” patties they have (mushroom, seitan/tomato, or chickpea, and the rest of the burger isn’t anything too special. The potatoes are good, but I recommend getting the potatoes with sauce on the side as opposed to the “patatas buenas” which are covered in sauce. Also, the spicy chickpea burger was anything but spicy. The cost felt fair, most vegan burgers I’ve had throughout France have been around 15 euro for a burger, fries, and drink.
Sadly, it didn’t live up to my expectations from years ago as a baby vegan (I have had many delicious burgers since then), but it’s still a fun little restaurant where you can get a relatively healthy burger.

Flew into Marseille before we drove out to the country for a wedding. Stopped here for a bite and was truly delighted by the options, flavor, and price. I live in NYC and am admittedly spoiled with great vegan food. But this spot is impressive for NYC or anywhere! Very happy I found this place.
