Not my favorite - Edit
I really wish flour had more vegan friendly food options. My go to breakfast is the avocado toast without egg or cheese (which of course I’m charged full price for). They sometimes have 1 vegan friendly lunch sandwich but not a guarantee. Typically they have 1-2 vegan items in bakery such as a cherry chocolate muffins (my personal favorite) or an almond macaron. Given how many locations they have around Boston, hoping they add more vegan items to their lunch and breakfast menus.

Their vegan food options were quite limited. Coffee was good but I’m sure there are other places where you get better quality coffee (and more vegan food options) for the same price. Also, there was a strong smell of animal products since their Kitchen is open

The matcha is super yummy, and the coffee options were pretty diverse. I had a almond pistachio macaron, which was tasty, but the only vegan option available.

I love Flour, but can only eat so many hummus sandwiches! Really wish they would expand the vegan sandwich offerings.

Disappointed in lack of veg options - Edit
This place is conveniently located right next to my work and it’s a shame they don’t have more vegan entrees. The sometimes-available vegan choc muffin is GREAT and moist. The entrees, however, need work. Only one hummus veg sandwich that is pretty boring is an always-available menu item that’s vegan as-is. I sometimes get the avo toast without cheese or egg but it lacks flavor and is incredibly overpriced given it ends up just being avo spread on a slice of bread. Overall hoping this place continues to work on adding vegan entrees to menu!

Awesome bakery - Edit
Great bakery. Their vegan chocolate muffin is absolutely delicious! They also feature a monthly rotation vegan muffin flavor and so far everyone I have tried has been very tasty. Staff is friendly, but this place does get packed at rush hour in the morning, so come early if you’re grabbing something before work.
