Not only is the food delicious, there's also authentic Dhal lentils and other imports for sale! My favourite dishes are the "Tikki Masala" & the "Chana Masala". I forget the name but they also have a nice vegan soup, and samosas! Probably just a personal preference but I always seem to need to order more rice to eat my masala with. Overall, Flavors is a great restaurant with plenty of vegan options & substitutions!
Vegan friendly Indian restaurant in Canandaigua - Edit
Was so happy to order a tofu dish where the tofu was not fried! The chana masala was good too. Vegan items aren’t labeled on the menu but the waiter knew completely what was possible.
I wish there were more places to eat in Canandaigua. Flavors is pretty wonderful. They have a daily (M->F) buffet and there are always good choices for vegans. When in doubt, just ask the staff and they will be very helpful.
Chana masala, rice, and a bunch of other dishes that I can't name plus salad and several chutneys.
They will automatically serve Naan (made with yogurt and slathered in butter) but if you ask for a vegan bread they can bring you roti or something else.
Nice place on a side street (35 Lafayette Street) nestled between Planned Parenthood and the local Army recruiter. Hmmm.

Grew up in Canandaigua, feel equally shocked to learn there are multiple places with vegan options! Thanks for writing the review.
