Incredible Food!!! - Edit
I have been to tons of vegan restaurants all over the world and this is seriously one of the best. Everything we ordered was incredible and the owners were so nice and helpful. The prices were really cheap, only £2 for big appetizers! I highly, highly recommend the akee and tofu, one of the best things I have ever eaten in my life. Couldn't recommend more highly! The curry and the jerk tofu were also INCREDIBLE.

Absolutely Amazing - Edit
We visited Fi Real last night and I had to make a post right away. The food was out of this world (I got the Caribbean curry chunks; my husband got the ackee and tofu; and our friend got the jerk tofu) and the owners were so so sweet and friendly. If I lived in Bristol I'd come here every day! As it is, I'm definitely coming back and I'm bringing all of my vegan friends :)

Lovely atmosphere - Edit
The food was delicious and freshly made, the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was great :) Even the decor was beautiful. Definitely worth 5 stars, couldn't fault it at all. They even do a take out menu.

Amazing experience - Edit
I went to Fi Real a few days ago on my Birthday and it was incredible. I was made a vegan birthday cake which was absolutely amazing. I could not have asked for anything better. It was incredible. I went into Fi Real later to have a meal, and the choices, even though they were limited on the night still offered a great selection as everything was vegan. I was treated great and everyone was so friendly. I cannot reccomend Fi Real enough to any one. Even my family are not vegetarian, they really enjoyed the meals and it was nice having something different. 10/10

First time in a Carebbean restaurant, so it is a bit hard to judge compared to other vegan places. Ackee & Tofu and Vegeballs were tasty, a bit less the Ital stew. the juice was really enjoyable. the difference between an average place an fi real is the owner, a very friendly and kind lady that made our dinner more than pleasant.

Unique, interesting place, great food - Edit
It's unfortunate that as a vegetarian, when you hear about Caribbean food it doesn't feel very exciting since there do not seem to be many opportunities to eat at 100% veg places.
Read moreSo this is an extra incentive to check this place out. We walked up toward Fi Real from Castle park through a slightly shabby part of town that doesn't give any hint of what lies ahead. After seeing a number of closed down shops on the street, it was surprising to walk into this bright and very clean place.
We had the ackee and tofu dish which was delicious, along with a side of fried plantain, unfortunately we weren't staying in Bristol for long otherwise we would have come back to try some of the other stuff on the menu.
The selection on offer did seem slightly limited when we were there, but I expect they can expand it in time.
They also have interesting an sorrel ginger drink which tastes very natural and fresh (although perhaps a little sugary for my taste). They seem to have added some more ginger/pineapple drinks, I would definitely also check these out if returning.
The manager/owner is a very friendly lady who is happy to answer any questions you have about any of the food.
