Scarce but existing vegan items (and tasty) - Edit
Small cocktail and snack bar by the river in the old town. Among a dozen savoury snacks there are two vegan - vegan gormet pizza (with crusty thin dough) and crusty vegan panino (dont get misled by the name, its not at all a classic puffy white bun panino).

This pizza made me so happy. Off the main menu, the two vegan options were a panini or pizza; I chose the latter, which had corn dough topped with spinach, cashew cheese, and artichokes. It was SO GOOD. I’m glad I captured a picture of it so I can look back fondly at it. Didn’t check out the desserts (gelato or otherwise) but am glad to hear there are some vegan options! Gelato in Slovenia has not disappointed ☺️

Offer a selection of good vegan ice cream during the summer (chocolate, pistachio, hazelnut, almond…) and sorbets. The pastries are ok, the pizza is original, the cocktails are good, everything is overpriced.

Read morei said that i can not drink it because my stomach is going to explode if i drink it, then she told me that the "vegan" cake (Charlie Brown) that i ordered isnt vegan too, i showed her the menu where it is marked as a vegan product. the waitress told me that the menu is old and none of their Desserts is vegan. i am quite pissed now.

They have some clearly marked vegan options (1 panini, 1 or 2 pizza, 3 desserts), we tried the pizza with spinach and artichoke, it was a little too burnt, but interesting corn dough and excellent topping and we ate a vegan ice cream mix, the pistachio one was excellent, the mango good, the strawberry less so.

Truly one of the best pizzas i've ever had. The dough is extremely light, fluffy, airy and already tasty on its own, but combined with all the toppings its easily one of the best vegan pizzas in town. I also recommend the chocolate and pistachio ice cream, yuzu and cafe mondo cake!
