What a nice addition to the vegan scene in Paris.
Read moreDishes are really well-thought, and in Faubourg Daimant vegetables are the stars (no fake meat is used).
Personally, I loved the cauliflower dish, followed by the glazed carrots.
The potatoes dauphine were also good; but somehow the flavor was a bit bland for me.
The french toast I had for dessert was also perfect, with the right level of sweetness.
The interior decoration and the ambiance are very pleasant (tip: 2nd floor seats are even better, in my opinion); and the staff is attentive but friendly at the same time.
So this is definitely an address not to miss if you're in Paris. You'll try dishes that you cannot find anywhere else, and the whole dining experience is superb.
My only concern at the moment is with the prices and the portion sizes.
Dishes are meant to be shared, but they are between 14€ and 23€. And you need to have at least two dishes per person, because one is definitely not enough.
I guess prices are somehow justified by all the work that the team has to do; but I'd appreciate it if portions were a bit larger, and prices a bit more uniform.
Pros: excellent food, neat interior, great service

Really tasty vegan food - Edit
Really nice dinner, tasteful and interesting.
Read moreThe waiters were really nice even during a packed night.
It’s a bit more in the expensive side but the food makes up for it.

“Bistronomique” - Edit
The concept can be defined as a bistro with gourmet cooking. The atmosphere was nice and the decor, trendy. All the dishes were good, especially the “croquettes” and the “dauphine potatoes”. The desserts were delicious but a bit too sweet though. The only con is the prices because the portions were small and so, to be replete, you may end up with a bill of 50€ per person.

On y va!
Read moreAyant goûté à mieux mes standards sont élevés... Neanmoins.
- Certains plats trop durs a consommer.

Creative and Tasty! - Edit
Visited on a Saturday night during their first week of regular operations. We were greeted and responded in French, but as native English speakers, we ultimately spoke in a mix of English and French and the staff were all very willing and capable to do so.
Read moreFood: Very creative options on the menu and it was all quite tasty. We started with Le Radis dish which was tempura fried whole radishes with greens. Truly amazing dish which I would go back to the restaurant specifically for. We next had the stuffed squash/tomato/pepper which was also creative and presented well. It came with an au jus sauce which was delicious. The stuffing was mostly mushrooms which we didn’t realize at time of ordering as it wasn’t listed. As we aren’t fans of mushrooms, this made the dish less exciting for us, but it was still okay which is saying a lot for a mushroom hater like me. Next up was the Pommes Dauphine which were topped with a vegan seaweed caviar. I don’t know how they do the caviar, but it was quite delicious. Great dish! We also had the Chou-fleur dish and a Snickers dessert which were both divine. The staff recommended 5 dishes for the two of us to have enough to eat, but we found that to be too much food overall. 4 dishes (or 3 plus a dessert) would have been more than enough for us.
Service: even though the restaurant was packed and very busy, service was attentive and frequent. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.
One last thing to note: this was probably the nicest restaurant bathroom we found in Paris during our visit, but the place is brand new.
Overall, we would be happy to return to this restaurant and we recommend it to anyone in Paris as a definite place to visit.
Pros: Creativity of dishes, Friendly staff, Great atmosphere
