Mismarked menu

There is 1 taco entree marked Vegan on the menu (black bean hash), but when it arrived there was cheese all over the tacos and side order of beans.

Also many of the items marked Vegetarian contain fish.

Manager knew this (refunded our money) and asked us to send an email to her mgmt (no response). Waiters need better training if menu is wrong.
