Best ever! - Edit
This was one of the best middle eastern meals I have ever had. The owner was so accomodating, and clearly our dishes were freshly prepared. Vegan food you don’t have to feel guilty about!

One of the best falafel I've had - Edit
Loved the falafel! Wasn't as dense and dry as other falafel I've had, also the other food (hummus, pita bread, salad, stuffed eggplant) was so tasty. Only regret was not getting more falafel to go 😔
Read moreWas told they took the baklava off the menu to make the restaurant fully vegan and are working on getting vegan dessert onto the menu (are currently struggling with a vegan baklava recipe but are considering a Persian pudding in the meantime)

The falafels, the American Motown music, and the great service. This place was fantastic! It's about a 10-15 minute walk from subway. I don't think I've had falafels this light a day fluffy. I can't wait to go back!

Es gibt große Portionen und alles ist sehr lecker! Die Falafel sind super knusprig und innen schön saftig. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch die Auberginencreme (Baba Ganoush).

Crispy and not dry falafel, very fresh made. It is probably one of the best falafel in Berlin.

I was eating inside, there is not much space but still comfortable.
Menu is simple, fully vegan. I want to came here and try the rest.

The old Sababa is gone, the new Sababa is... Meh. - Edit
New owners are very friendly, but the food is in no comparison with the old Sababa (which closed in 2019). Not that exciting, flavour- and selection-wise.

The hummus was good but not extraordinary. The atmosphere within the restaurant could be a bit mor welcoming. The food is a bit pricey for the portion size and quality. There are only very few items on the menu
